Linda Vista 407 is a recently finished (2019) Oceanview 2 bed 2 bath condominium unit. The Linda Vista condominium resort is located in the Las Conchas subdivision of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). The beach is a short 3-minute walk. Stay. Unwind. Enjoy!
Relax on the large patio that overlooks the pools, or watch the sun set over the sea of Cortez. The patio has access from both the living room and master bedroom. The outdoor table has seating for 4.
Both bedrooms feature king size beds, bedside tables, lamps, and smart TVs.
The living area includes a Smart TV, queen size sofabed, coffee table, entertainment unit, and a reclining loveseat.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, GE stainless-steel appliances with large microwave. Other appliances include toaster, coffee maker, and blender. We offer place settings for 6, plus a large assortment of cookware to create gourmet meals. The kitchen has an RO (Reverse Osmosis) system for purified water.
The dining table has seating for 6.
There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and utility sink for your convenience.
The complex still has units under construction. The outdoor pool area is finished; and the spa is heated. Connected to the complex is a convenience store with fresh food items. An onsite restaurant opened in late 2022, but with limited hours of service.
Cable TV service is not available; however, both TVs are smart TVs and the internet service is great, so there is no problem streaming the apps: Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Google Play, etc.
Clean towels, linens, and bedding are provided; but there is not a daily housekeeping service.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

The condo is great. Good value. Easy check in and good central location to each stretch of beach. The building is under renovations, but the staff and condo are very nice and comfortable. Would stay again.

Immaculate Spot With A Great View

The location was just off the beach (super short walk) and close enough to the hot-spots of Rocky Point that you could drive into the action in a matter of minutes (7-10). The condo was in excellent condition and super clean. I would love the opportunity to stay there again given the chance.

On line info was great but once I got there nobody knew I was your guest. I got there it looked like a ghost property, I passed the opened gate, security wasn' t there, a little frustrating but finally I made connection with the gate gard, he had no clue and provided the key for the beautiful Condo, it took me two days after trying to use the microwave and the washer/dryer, breaker was turned off,, I know this property is a work in progress , the inside, and side views need to improve in colossal proportions,

Clean, bright, convenient

Everything seemed new and in great shape. Hot water takes awhile, no wash cloths or coffee filters for the coffee maker, but the grounds are nice, the AC worked well and there is a convenient little grocery on the property. Easy drive to town and the beaches.

The property was under construction which we were aware of .Although we did have a water leak from up above in our bathroom which was a pipe leaking. My niece spoke spanish which was good due to the workers being prompt to fix it . The owner was sent pictures of everything and was very respnsive getting back with me .He did give us a discount for the hassle of it all . The place itself was very nice and will be even nicer when everything is finished .The view was great.it did NOT ruin our time there.We had a great time.. Things happen that we have no control over . So yes i would still recommend this place
