This is one of the best properties at the resort. Very large condo unit (almost 1700 sqft). It offers a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the guest room (Bunk beds) and a full and twin size in the additional bunk room plus a sofa bed in the living room. !
This unit is ideal for 7 guests who can use up to 5 beds!

The place is big and has everything you need to make it a great vacation. The grounds are well maintained. The pools are clean and the water is warm. The beach is nice, clear water and the tie pool is great entertainment for the kids. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food at the Citron bistro and pool bars is okay and a little expensive.

The stay was so great we realized we had stayed in this same room before! That should tell you how great it is! This condo is on phase 2, which we prefer because it has the kid friendly hot tub. And we love this room because now that our boys are teenagers, the beds are big enough for them, and not just tiny bunk beds. Also, this kitchen layout is my favorite as well. It makes the main areas feel so much bigger and not as congested as other floorplans.

unit is lovely and very comfortable. The cleaning crew who prepared the condo before our arrival didn’t do a great job of providing amenities. the soap dispensers were almost completely empty as was the sole tissue box and they didn’t provide paper towels in the kitchen. this is not a reflection of the unit but on the cleaning crew and I only mention it so future guests know to bring some of their own items. All in all a great unit and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Disappointed After Years of Loyal Stays

We’ve been coming to this resort since 2012 & have never had issues—until now. This stay was disappointing, both with the resort itself & the condo we rented.The towel exchange area was closed, & we were told to go to a different property just to swap towels. That’s unreasonable, especially since guests are charged for unreturned towels. If towels are treated as a big deal, the resort should make them easy to exchange.The condo was dirty. I had to mop the floors myself, it took several passes before I was comfortable letting my kid walk barefoot. The master bathroom had exposed ceiling, a musty smell, and dust everywhere. When I called the front desk, they said they were aware & that the owner had requested a specific material for the repair. Yet, when I contacted the owner, he claimed he didn’t know & offered to move us or send room service. That offer came too late—we were already unpacked with luggage and groceries. We should’ve been told about the damage before we checked in.The issues didn’t stop there. The vent had heavy condensation. The master bed was flat and uncomfortable, the bunk beds were worse, & the coffee maker lid was broken. We also requested towels that never arrived.What was most frustrating was the owner’s tone. He immediately brought up that he wouldn’t issue a refund—as if that was our goal. It wasn’t. We were simply asking for a clean, comfortable stay, which is what we paid for. This wasn’t budget lodging—we paid for quality!

Perfect Getaway

We have not been down to Rocky Point in 16 years. We got married 18 years at Peñasco Del Sol and wanted to bring the kids down and show them all the things. This place was amazing. The view was outstanding and the space was super big. We would love to stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and just described. Las Palomas has excellent amenities. Jamie was quick to respond and attentive. The staff at The condo is excellent. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and they took care of it immediately. I would definitely stay here again. The bonus bedroom is excellent for kids/teens. 5 star stay
