Great resort, terrible bed

I did not know a bed this bad could exist. I think sleeping on the tile floor would have been more comfortable. I will still give them a 3 because the room was very clean and the resort was a lot of fun. My family is booking another big family stay in the next month as we speak. I hope they spend the money on upgrading this king size bed since I noticed other reviewed also mentioned the terrible bed.

Convenient and fun!!

Great location for a family getaway!! It was clean and was easy in easy out. We absolutely loved it. We suggested they get a new shower head in the bathroom, as it was not working properly anymore. Also, the kids discovered that they were mice living under the dishwasher. We told management about that and hopefully that will be taken care of. Of course, the kids actually liked that part. Pets in Mexico!

Not the nicest resort on the beach but definitely best price....stayed at almost every resort on Sandy Beach and Las Palmas is usually in the top (2) I choose to stay at 👍👍
