This was our second visit to the property. It is a beautiful comfortable home! The patio is a wonderful area to enjoy watching the ocean, birds and people. The home is very well stocked with kitchen wares, bath towels, and beach towels. The wifi works well, so my husband could check in with work. The main living area tv worked well for watching the World Series. Our family enjoyed our stay at Luna Llena and plan to revisit in the future.

Great beachfront home

Great house for a large group on the beach. I have owned properties on Sandy Beach. This beach is much more quiet and peaceful. A little market is down the road at the large condominium complex for ice and other small items. Walmart is a short 15 minute drive away.

Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this property & it was wonderful again! Very clean, great amenities, and location can’t be beat. We stayed with 3 families, all with 3+ kids, and had more than enough space. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Gorgeous View with space for large groups

We stayed for 9 days with 4 families. Pros: Gated community with patrolled beaches, water and trash service regularly scheduled, it’s on the beach, AC, lots of room, well stocked kitchen for cooking, outdoor shower, upstairs bedroom with bathroom and another kitchen & balcony and living room plus a casita with bathroom, could hear or see ocean from most rooms, host was very responsive, Bob from Tempe who has lived next door since 94 ( keep him he’s great), quick 20 minute drive to the reef, gorgeous sandy beach, shaded patio, lots of tables and chairs, working fire places ( we left wood). HOA rules meant it wasn’t loud at night and most people obeyed the rules with their pups. Cons: master bath and casita never had hot water for showers , bed upstairs is incredibly hard, the neighbors house has a spotlight that shines directly onto the large covered porch meaning in our eyes while trying to enjoy the outside in evening, while we were there occupants of the same spotlight house had a bunch of dogs that barked or whined non stop plus they kept tying them outside alone. You don’t get to pick your neighbors however I believe both houses are owned by same group. It was a long 5 days of dog whining- luckily we had a radio and could turn that up. You can stack coolers to block the spotlight partially and I just took lukewarm showers. I would still recommend the house! And you can book both houses together which would be great for a larger group. Maybe next time Debra!

View worth every penny

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 13. The house is so well kept and the views from the kitchen and living room windows are spectacular. Truly the pictures on here don’t to the house justice. Everything is so well stocked. Host provided everything we could need short of groceries. But when we did need groceries, she quickly replied to our question and recommended a delivery service. The listing also says there’s 4 bathrooms but really there is an extra bathroom downstairs. Came in very handy. The weather was not the best during our stay so the house really made up for the crummy weather. Will definitely book this home again in the future.

Thanksgiving 2023 on the beach

Amazing place

Such a prime location, gorgeous amenities and gracious hosts!! For my kids and grandkids, this was the icing on the cake for their first trip. They are sold on coming to Rocky Point now. House was beautiful, spacious, and just perfect! We will book again!

Great House/Location

My family and I stayed at this house for our annual trip to Rocky Point. We absolutely loved it because it fit all of us comfortably and had all the amenities needed. Obviously this house is beachfront and it had the most amazing view! We spent so much time on the beach and when we weren't on the beach spent most of our time outside, cooking on the patio or just enjoying the nice ocean breeze. The AC around the house was very nice to cool off when we were inside. The kitchen was huge and provided alot of things we needed. We've rented from multiple locations inside Playa Encanto and it's always safe and very convenient to drive to the oyster farm or even into town. Overall, we had such a blast staying here and would recommend it to a family or group!

Family Graduation celebration

We had a wonderful week of celebrating our high school graduates! The home is beautiful, inside and out. It is spacious and very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The veranda patio was a wonderful place for relaxing out of the sun. Our family is looking forward to renting this property again in the future. winter week

Beautiful home. Excellent beach with no rocks. Very secure guard gate. Only thing I did not catch when researching the listing was there was not a washer dryer or barbecue grill. Otherwise excellent property.

Amazing property w/gorgeous views

The property hands down is well stocked, extremely clean, great A/C & overall absolutely stunning. However, I was very impressed w/the responsiveness & genuine kindness of the property manager. We had a couple of minor concerns, the property manager resolved all w/in 30 mins. We loved being steps away from the beach and we’re able to rent jet ski’s and schedule massages very easily. Don’t pass by this property, rent it. You won’t be disappointed.
