Last time we stay

1st my mother was not able to sleep in the bed because she had a bad rash from something my husband did to but my mom was bad she had to sleep In the couch and 2nd my mother is handicap and we couldn’t find a parking space close to our room and there was cars parked under handicap that did not have a plate or nothing showing any handicap law permit. We went and told security but nothing was done! 3rd it was a hassle parking our rzr on the opposite side of our room getting on the truck and driving up to the room each time we needed to leave ridicules! 4th was the outdoor patio was a waist no pools u had to walk supper far to get to them so we did not bother getting In one since everything was to far for my mother. Last time we plan on staying in this resort.

Everything you need

This one was amazing, the rear patio is ENORMOUS! The place was perfect and extremely roomy. We had two adults and two teenagers and feel like we could have had more people over without any space issues. This is definitely one you want to stay at for a few days, it has everything you could possibly need. First time on first floor for us but it was nice not having to lug everything in the elevator or up stairs. You can still see the ocean from the patio too. The decorating in all rooms was on point beachy and beautiful! Thumbs up from me! Thank you!!

Good little birthday break

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Bella sirena. You have to go pick up the keys at a different location, but honestly, it wasn’t bad at all as you get to see some of the town. Clean, well stocked, and close to a lot.

Great vacation condo

The condo was very clean and set up perfectly for two couples. The patio was amazing. Walk to the main pool and beaches was short and enjoyable. The resort was not too busy and was very close to the restaurants and bars. We will definitely visit again.

The most terrible method I have ever experienced, you have to go somewhere else to pick up the keys but still must to check in at the property. To top it off you have to go back drop off the keys when you check out. It was a waste of time, NOT EVER AGAIN.

We have previously stayed at Bella Sirena and love the location. This particular condo has been the most unique and very detailed in its decorations. Had everything that was needed as well very well furnished in all aspects living room, dining room, bed rooms and well equipped kitchen. The only two things that can be adjusted might be the beds were too hard and the fact of going to an office off site is a bit of an inconvenience even though they were very attentive at the casago agency,..

Loved our stay!

Our short stay was amazing! The house was beautiful, the hotel property was very clean, quiet, and the hotel staff were all so nice. My only small complaint was there were no beach or pool towels in the condo so make sure you bring your own. They had a few towels for showers but it would have been nice! The other downside was having to go check in at casago then head over to the hotel then check in there as well and when checking out you have to go take the keys back which are 2 separate locations but it’s a very small price to pay to have rented such a beautiful place and I would do it again in a heart beat when we go back so there’s that! Next time we’ll stay longer!

The owner has excellent taste. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

One suggestion would be to have keys to lock the patio doors so one could enter and exit to the beach without having to walk all the way around. Even though there was no view of the beach the comfortable interior and first floor location made up for it. We will look for this property again when visiting Bella Sirena Rocky Point

Nice Condo

The overall experience was good. We had an issue with the one of the AC’s breaking but the property management company took good care of making sure we were happy and comfortable. The unit is clean, well decorated and has comfortable furniture. I was pretty bummed that there were no beach towels. We had to borrow some from our family who lives there. There were also no kitchen trash bags and a few basic essentials items, so we had to go buy them. Overall, we enjoyed our time in this condo and would definitely stay again, now I know what to bring.
