It was cold in the hot setting and would become warm in the cold setting. The location in the VRBO website is incorrect. The studio apartment is located on the Ramey base. "

"Host is great. View is legit. Kitchen is solid. Electronic shades are amazing. But there are some problems: The beach is dirty. The dogs that seem to hang out at the place below barked a ton one night, possibly because someone staying at the place beneath/behind was up and chatting until 4am one night. The walk to the front door, and the padlock gate, make coming and going a long process. The electronic device in the closet is crazy loud. The lack of disposing toilet paper in the toilet is gross. I would recommend the place, just realize that although it's a 5 star view, and a 5 start host, it's not a 5 star neighborhood."
