After rigorous inspections, Villa Camilla has qualified for TCI Assured Certification, ensuring that Villa Camilla is compliant with all COVID-19 health Protocols as set by the Environmental Health Department in collaboration with the TCI Tourist Board; and that workers are trained, protocols are in place and that they are being implemented.

Set amongst seven acres of native tropical gardens and with 350 feet of beachfront, Villa Camilla is seven of the largest and last remaining private beachfront properties along this world famous, 12-mile stretch of beach. There is plenty of space for social distancing on the beach; in fact, you may be the only sunbathers in front of the villa!

Just across the dunes, you'll find fine, sugar white sand and water so turquoise it doesn't seem real. And the coral reef that begins nearby just off shore teems with colorful tropical fish. Don your mask and snorkel in glorious Princess Alexandra Marine Park. Or enjoy any of the island's many activities, nightlife, restaurants, and other adventures, all nearby to Villa Camilla.

Villa Camilla is a sun-filled beach residence with a handsome, two-story gate leading into a soaring atrium that connects all rooms.

The Villa has been designed to provide maximum air circulation with its screened, two-story atrium, abundance of windows, and ceiling fans in each room.

A graceful spiral staircase leads to the spacious second story living room, dining room, kitchen and decks. As you reach the top of the staircase, you cannot help but gasp at the beautiful view...khaki sea grasses dotting low rolling dunes and a wide, brilliantly white beach that slips softly into a turquoise bay so serene you can hardly tell where it meets the sky.

On Villa Camilla's east deck, you can enjoy morning coffee in the sun or read in the shade in the afternoon. The large deck on the west just off the living room is ideal for dining and lounging and watching Provo's magnificent sunsets with rum punch in hand.

For restful nights or afternoon naps, Villa Camilla offers three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own bath and secluded deck. For your comfort, the master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and the other two bedrooms may be configured as either kings or twins. There is also a queen sofabed in the living room. The neighboring resort is in its final phase of construction, with completion set for early 2026. While some daytime construction noise is present, work is progressing smoothly, and the villa continues to provide a great getaway.
