From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that truly sets this property apart. We were also upgraded to the Residence, which made the experience even more special. The Residence was beautifully appointed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a spacious layout and an elevated level of luxury that truly exceeded our expectations. The service was flawless — every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that guest experience is their top priority. We also enjoyed the amenities, which were top-tier, and everything was maintained to perfection. Whether it was the check-in process, housekeeping, or staff assisting us during our stay, the experience was consistently excellent. Overall, this was a five-star experience in every way. The Ritz-Carlton delivered exactly what you expect from a luxury brand — and then exceeded it. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

Richy at the beach bar was an absolute wizard mixing our drinks! Claire the hostess, Cherone our server were absolutely fantastic and so friendly! Latoya made us feel like family, every single time we went down for breakfast! The entire staff at the Ritz Carlton were so friendly and always helpful! The beds are the most comfortable we have ever experienced at a hotel!

Amazing views, pretty closed to everything, the food was awesome, I strongly recommend to rent a car in order to explore de Island, jets sky tour was beautiful and safe. I definitely will comeback soon.
