Rooms were very clean. Staff was 50/50. Some were genuinely welcoming and the other half didn't seem to care if you were there or not. Food was pretty overpriced considering how much was spent for the visit. I probably would try Seven Stars on my next visit. I hear great stories about the overall atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that truly sets this property apart. We were also upgraded to the Residence, which made the experience even more special. The Residence was beautifully appointed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a spacious layout and an elevated level of luxury that truly exceeded our expectations. The service was flawless — every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that guest experience is their top priority. We also enjoyed the amenities, which were top-tier, and everything was maintained to perfection. Whether it was the check-in process, housekeeping, or staff assisting us during our stay, the experience was consistently excellent. Overall, this was a five-star experience in every way.
