Great stay. Staff was excellent and property was gorgeous. Only critical feedback is the property maintenance was sub standard. Examples include: one of the showers did not offer warm water with pressure, AC units were not straightforward and didn't always work as designed, floor in some of the outdoor areas needed maintenance, outdoor floor was super slippery when wet, seating outside outdoor ground floor bedroom could've been designed better, outdoor TV was not always working which was a big disappointment given the amount of money paid for the property.

The inside of the house was kept up very nice. The staff was very helpful. I would say that the outside needs some maintenance. The pool was not working, there were doors that would not close and all of the outdoor furniture cushions needs to be replaced - they are stained from mildew. When we arrived the inside was cleaned but the outside was not cleaned up until I asked them to wash the tanning bed cloths and to clean off the balcony. Items from the group before us was just left out - toys, blow up items, etc. The chef was great - all the meals were delicious and he was very accommodating with certain foods we needed. Need to have a cleaning crew work on the outside like they do on the inside.

Beautiful Property!

The Paradiso Del Mar is an absolutely stunning property with a staff that caters to everyone's needs! From setting up the itinerary to final check out, Candela did a fantastic job with her responsiveness and level of communication. Horacio, and his culinary staff, did an incredible job with every dish and catered to everyone's needs. The different themes for every dinner and the way the table was set to match the theme was great. Lastly, D and her ladies did an amazing job pouring every one their beverages of choice, including the baby's virgin strawberry daquiries poolside :-)Thank you for an unforgettable week.

Tropical Paradise with an amazing Chef and Staff

We were there for 5 days with kids and grandkids. There were 18 of us. The house is stunning and the views are amazing! With the outdoor pool/lap pool and the outdoor lounging area, and the paddle boards, you really don’t have to leave. But as amazing as all this was, I have to rave about the chef, Horacio Bollo, who served us the most amazing meals making sure that he had something for even our pickiest eaters. He took such joy in each meal.The staff at Villa PM were outstanding as well and went out of their way to make us comfortable and to check on us ready to help with anything we needed.. It was a trip we will never forget.

Unsafe and Poorly Maintained Property - AVOID THIS RENTAL

Our experience with this property was deeply disappointing and concerning. Multiple issues made our stay uncomfortable and one was outright dangerous:1) Unsafe Conditions: Part of the ceiling fell down during our stay, which could have seriously injured our kids. This was incredibly alarming and made us question the overall safety of the property2) Water Damage: Visible water damage throughout the property gave it a neglected and poorly maintained appearance3) Faulty Door: One of the exterior facing doors would not close or lock properly unless it was slammed shut. This was frustrating to deal with and it raised security concerns3) Beach Amenities: The cabanas on the beach were missing cushions and the cushions for other beach and pool chairs were dirty and moldy, making it impossible to use them comfortably4) Broken Air Conditioning: The AC unit in one of the rooms didn't work, leaving the room completely unusable during our stay.When looking at the advertised property, we expected a safe, clean and well maintained property. Instead, we were left feeling let down and, at times, worried for our safety. I would strongly avoid renting this property.

Trip of a Lifetime

Paradiso Del Mar was the most incredible experience we have ever had. The house was amazing and in a stunning location and the staff was absolutely incredible. They did everything they could to make our stay the most amazing we had ever had. Chef Horacio was the most amazing chef we have had the privilege to experience. Each meal got better and better which was hard to believe. We didn't have to worry about a thing, we just fully relaxed and enjoyed our trip to Turks and Caicos. Would highly recommend this house and the amazing people who work there.

10/10 recommend! Couldn’t be better!

I couldn’t recommend this property anymore. We had the most amazing week. The property is clean, well kept, and so so beautiful! Perfect location being right on the crystal clear waters. The house sits on a cove there the water is calm. You are able to paddle board out to the little island, or even walk with low tide. The staff was top notch and the chef delivered exceptional meals everytime. He really was able to cater to the adults as well as the kids. All the staff were so kind, friendly and helped with anything we needed. They were also excellent with the kids. Thank you all so much, you made our family vacation the best!

Patty’s 60th Birthday

Stunning absolutely stunning! The outdoor space was so beautiful! It was the first time I rented a house with a staff and they were so kind, welcoming, took such good care of my guests! The meals were exquisite and the chef went above and beyond my expectations! Our bartender was very attentive to our needs. The Butlers greeted us every morning with cheerful smiles and made sure every night the doors were locked to keep us safe. (We never felt unsafe were the house is located!) Dolis like all the staff went over and above helping my friends with extra birthday decorations to make the table settings and the room look so special for me…she was incredibly kind too! They all made our stay incredibly special. The private beach and all the outdoor seating areas are beautiful! We did have a few issues with the house…some plumbing issues that we told the staff about and they fixed what they could right away like sinks not draining properly and 1 half bath toilet not flushing properly and one shower head in the Jack and Jill bathroom not working properly. The butlers fixed most of the problems as soon as we told them about it! I would rate the house a 9 only for those issues…but if you want to rent a spacious beautiful home with spacious bedrooms for your guests with beautiful views of the ocean in a very safe neighborhood…Paradiso Del Mar is your place! Just be careful of the site you choose it on because transportation from airport not included in price but Vrbo said it was.

This villa was a 10/10. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The chef was fantastic so we stayed in for dinner most nights. The villas staff would set up a beautiful table scape for us to eat at different areas on the property every night. The bartender was incredible. It is a fantastic stay for large groups or families. 5 Year Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Julia was truly amazing with helping me plan my itinerary for a party of 17 guest. The Villa was also amazing in person. One we arrived Joyce took care of us on the island. The chef, bartender, and the staff were also amazing, they took care of everything in order for us to enjoy our vacation. Each night dinner was located in a different area of the villa and the setting was gorgeous! My guest stated that there was no bad room in the villa, each room was spectacular with a beautiful view of the ocean. We were treated like kings and queens from morning til night. We did not want to leave. Husband is wanting me to plan another trip for Christmas, and looking forward to visiting the Villa and same Staff again. We fell in love with the property! The water looked like listerine it was so beautiful!!! We wanted Jet ski’s the last day and Joyce had them delivered within 15 minutes. They were very tentative ro every single detail, and the meals prepared by the chef were amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa.

I don’t know where to start! First Julia the property manager is incredible ! She was instrumental in helping me plan the best vacation ever! We are a family of 16 and the house was beyond perfect! How the home was layed out was perfect! The bedrooms very stunning and beautiful. Agusto the chef was beyond amazing! Everyday was incredible and delicious! We went out to a very nice dinner one night and decided we should never leave the house for dinner again! The staff were attentive yet not intrusive. They took such great care of us! DeLes did it all in the kitchen and couldn’t do enough to help. D the housekeeper made sure everything in our room was perfect including doing the Landry! Jimmy and Richie made sure we were always taken care of! Kevin is a Jack of all trades! You need it he gets it! Then the all knowing Joyce stepped in when Julia left and was beyond amazing! Thank you for making our trip a trip of a lifetime!!

Nothing short of AMAZING

By all means, the Villa is breathtaking to look at and to stay at. I could go on and on about the accomodations and and extra features this Villa provides for a one of a kind Vacation. My family looks for rentals that we can return to. Someplace to feel comfortable. What really makes this house(Villa) a "Home " is the staff. They are all the lifeblood of this home. When we left, we were all hugging them tightly as they became a part of our extended family. Julia, and Joyce worked hand in hand professionally and let No stone or request unturned.The chef, the asst chef, the staff are all so respectful and accommodating. I would follow this staff if they managed a different home elsewhere. ( If I could leave 100 stars I would ! ) Thank you Julia and staff fir the unforgettable vacation. It was Magical.

PERFECT Girls Getaway!

I came here with 8 of my closest friends for my bachelorette party, and we will never forget it! Seriously, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay so, so special. The property was beautiful and so well kept, every room was spotless. Huge thanks to the following for truly giving us the experience of a lifetime. Joyce, Richie, Jimmy, Doris, Damaris, Chef Agusto, the entire housekeeping staff, and Julia behind the scenes! You guys have a special crew and that’s hard to come by. My one and only complaint would be for the owner or whoever is in charge of the listing to be more clear in the title that this isn’t a 9 bedroom house by default. It is a 5 bedroom with the option to add additional rooms. We made it work and Joyce was accommodating as always. We are seriously looking forward to bringing our other friends and family here to share with them this stunning villa and the beautiful TCI islands!!! THANKS GUYS!!!!!

We had the best time at Paradisio Del Mar!

The staff at a villa can make or break your vacation, and I'm happy to report that my recent stay was an absolute delight thanks to the wonderful staff! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had, and quick to offer suggestions and recommendations for local activities and restaurants. During our stay they were able to plan/execute jet skis, boat days, in-house massages, as well as decorations for our celebration, the Junkaroos coming to play live music and a DJ; and even fireworks! One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail that the staff showed. They seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked. Whether it was ensuring that our villa was stocked with our favorite snacks and drinks, or providing extra towels and pillows. Each and every meal was delicious and diverse, and they were so accommodating to our dietary needs. They even took the time to ask us about our favorite parts of each meal so they could incorporate them into our last supper, which was a super fun surprise.They had fresh juice every morning and wellness shots, it was such a treat! I cannot recommend this villa and staff highly enough. They truly made our vacation a memorable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider returning in the future. If you're looking for a villa with exceptional service and hospitality, this is definitely the place to stay.

Fantastic venue and staff

The property looked fantastic in pictures and it was better in person. The staff were all amazing as well. We ate all of our meals on property and were not disappointed. Everything we needed was either provided or quickly provisioned. Highly recommend staying here and also recommend not leaving the property. . .
