Highly recommend!!

The check-in was the beginning of our amazing stay. Our plane was delayed and we didn’t get in until 1 o’clock. Catherine made sure the car was waiting for us at the airport got us there, she was there to help us check in, and she even had left us some snacks. Which, given the very late delay on the flight and everything being closed by the time we landed was a godsend. The unit itself is exactly as described and the location is wonderful! We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Amazing Island and Villa

The location was supberb. We did not rent a car and walked everywhere. The grocery store was very near by as well as plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The villa was spacious and very clean. The view is priceless. The locals were amazingly kind as was the staff at Renaissance.

Wonderful experience

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Turks and Caicos in no small part due to the wonderful unit we stayed in while there. Everything about our stay in this unit was perfect and flawless. Communications were easy. Highly recommend.

Another Great Visit to the Villa Renaissance

This was our 6th stay at the VR, but our fist in Villa 205. The unit was amazing. It was very clean, the bedrooms were large and there was lots of space to store clothing. We loved the master bath with double sink and natural light. Housekeeping was excellent. Check in was a breeze, and Michelle was sure to reach out to see if we needed anything. You can always get beach or pool chairs. We've been visiting Provo since 2005 and once we discovered the Villa Renaissance, we won't stay anywhere else.

We loved this place! Steps from the beach. Wonderful view from the patio for our coffee every morning. Comfortable and clean with well-stocked kitchen. Maid cleaned twice during our stay. Close to many shops and restaurants.

Excellent

We are frequent visitors of Providenciales and have walked past this hotel often. Going this last minute on vrbo and very happy we did. The hotel is in the best location to walk to almost everything you need. The room was spacious and comfortable. Washer and dryer are great for light packing. View is amazing. Hot tub was nice when heated. Sometimes you have to ask but that is the only negative thing I would have to say. Would definitely stay here .

Paradise in TCI

A wonderful condo and stay in TCI. The pictures and description in the listing were spot on. We made arrangements with owner to picknus up at airport and communication was great. We were met at Villa Renaissance front desk by Catherine, the on site property manager. She tookus to the condo and gave us the tour and details of amenities. The unit looks directly onto ocean with a spacious patio with a table for 4, hammock sofa and chairs. Inside were 2 large bedrooms, en suite bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen and washer/dryer. The front desk makes reservations and arrangements for taxis. Chairs and umbrellas always available at both beach and pool with towels available at front desk. It is the attention to small details that we particularly liked. It seems minor but there was plenty of good quality toilet paper as well as diswasher and laundry detegent. We once inadvertently tripped a circuit breaker and couldnt locate the breaker panel and someone showed up minutes after calling. Cleaning service came 3 times and did a thorough job. The location and views couldnt be beat. Right in the heart of Grace Bay. Can walk to restaurants and grocery store nearby (we rode the complementary bikes to go shopping). Gym is pretty small but we never had to wait for equipment. All in all, we got a great unit in a nice complex. Definitely would stay here again without hesitation

VR is located in the heart of Grace Bay. We were able to walk to local restaurants, shops and supermarket. The pool area was spacious, quiet and pristine. The beach access was steps away with chase lounges and umbrellas for all guests. Our condo was a large 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and was decorated tastefully, clean and inviting. Catherine met us at arrival to show us to our condo and answer any questions we had.

Excellent location and easy use of grounds.

Seven days in paradise. Teenage boys and hubby wife foursome. All had fun and relaxed by the pool and the beach. The views from the beach facing veranda were spectacular. Property management made sure all details were not problems for the guests. Cleaning team did very well… three cleans and the unit was perfect throughout the week.

A Wonderful Stay

The property is in a fantastic location with easy access to almost everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach area and the surrounding shops and restaurants. The manager, cleaning people, and maintenance were all very prompt, helpful, and friendly. We had a few maintenance issues but most of them were quickly fixed. Security was visible but they were not at all helpful. Our overall rating could have been higher but the unit had a number of deferred maintenance issues that were inconvenient. The broken screen on the patio doors made it virtually impossible to have the doors open because the insects immediately moved in once the doors were open. The unit had a very strong odor when you first entered. It smelled very musty. The dehumidifier worked well but could not keep up with lowering the humidity in the unit. If the screens on the patio worked we could have had the doors open to get some fresh air into the unit.

Fabulous unit, perfect location in paradise

Working with Catherine was amazing; she ensured everything was perfect upon our arrival and during our stay. The condo is in a perfect location close to many restaurants and shops. The beach is never crowded, and a chair is always waiting for you. The only thing that could be better is the master bedroom mattress; it is pretty hard. We can't wait to return!

Loved villa Renaissance - beautiful property and grounds. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location/views (awesome balcony overlooking Grace Bay), comfy accommodations. Our host Catherine was most helpful from booking, answering questions before our arrival, arranging transportation, checking in and out, making sure we had all we needed, stayed in touch during our stay. Amazing location, view and room

Location: You won’t find a better spot on Grace Beach. Everything is a short walk away (grocery, shopping, great food etc). The beach is beautiful and just steps from the unit. We always found chairs at the pool and the beach which was amazing as we compared it to other resorts in the area. Unit: amazing view from the balcony. The unit is clean and up to date. Catherine was amazing and welcomed us in person at check in. Amenities: the bar was convenient with pool and beach service. The staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. All in 10/10. Amazing vacation and we look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful Location just a tad bit of TLC

1. Location is ideal - right in the center of Grace Bay, and not far from anything. The staff at the building are all very courteous and friendly (like the rest of Provo). 2. The two big things (for us) in the unit which we wished worked were the fans and window screens. The fans, except in the living room, are stuck on low speed. The screens, to the porches, are all gone which makes it less than ideal to open the windows and enjoy the winds without the bugs. The other thing that we did was to help lessen the morning light in the bedrooms, thus extending more shut-eye time was some homemade engineering was to hang towels across the bedroom windows where possible, as there were NO curtains. If you enjoy getting up early mornings, in particular before the Spring daylight savings time (early early morning sun), this will not be an issue. 3. The owner, despite being based in Europe, was EXTREMELY responsive to communication. THANK YOU, Fio. 4. Catherine, our local contact - Well, I can’t say enough good things about her…..extremely responsive, resourceful, helpful and courteous. 5. We had Air conditioning, hot water, and other pertinent essentials all worked very well for us. We’ve stayed at Villa Renaissance twice, and may look for alternatives next time….like a standalone house. Growing up in the USVI, I find Provo such a nice island and reminiscent of the golden days of USVI pre-Hugo.

Villa Renaissance Unit 205 is Beautiful

This unit is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 Bath Villa directly on Grace Bay with amazing views and instant access to the beach and their beautiful pool with a small bar that makes great drinks. Its in the heart of the city with easy walking distance to many of the best restaurants. No need to have a car.
