This is not a traditional resort, it's a timeshare. Rooms are OK but small and old. The restaurant does not even serve breakfast. If this were a real resort, breakfast lunch and dinner would be served. Unfortunately, other than 1 hotel down the street, there are not any other really nice resorts on this side of the island.

The room was beautiful and staff were very kind! The only annoying thing was that we weren't able to check in until 4:45pm (even though it states check in was at 4pm, which is already later than most hotels). The front desk said it was because of a lot of late check outs, but the brochure they gave me while I was waiting specifically said that late check outs were not available. The woman next to me also said the last time she stayed there, she wasn't able to check in until 5pm.

Everything was good with this stay. The only issue was having to pay (Unexpectedly) $30 a day to park at the hotel. This was surprising when you dont have to pay to park at the domestic airport! Anyway nice resort but be aware that Princeville is an extremely expensive part of the Island with what must be the most expensive supermarket in North America - Foodland nearby.
