If your budget is limited, this unit is suitable for a single, or *maybe* a couple. It is essentially a hotel room with a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and a lanai.
If you think you’ll economize by making one or two meals a day yourself (I thought I’d save some money by making breakfast each day), while it’s technically possible, it’s not easy. There is neither any sort of conventional food preparation area nor a kitchen sink. My food prep area ended up being the coffee table. Not exactly ideal.
The host was responsive when a minor problem occurred, and which was promptly addressed, so no quibble here with regard to communication.
This is a basic, barebones accommodation. If all you truly need is a clean space with a bed, a sofa, and a bathroom, this unit may prove adequate for your needs.
