This is a beautifully remodeled condo located in the cliff side community of Alii Kai. This ground floor unit has gorgeous new flooring with a full wall of windows leading to a wonderful lanai to sit and enjoy the ocean and tropical weather. The living space & kitchen are open & spacious with plenty of comfortable guest seating, a large flat screen tv, board games & more to enjoy your time while you are in this space. The kitchen is spectacular with gorgeous cabinetry & quartz counters & a full dining space to enjoy a meal and see the amazing Kauai Mountains. There are 2 bedrooms- each with it's own beautifully updated bathroom. One bedroom has a view of gorgeous kauai mountains, has 2 queen size beds and is very comfortable. The other has ocean peak views which are just as beautiful and a comfortable queen size bed. The condo features luxury linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels, chairs & beach accessories. There is wonderful grass space around the unit, a pool & spa with bbq area and spectacular ocean views all around the property.

Family Vacation

It was an amazing condo. Great view and Great space. There is turtle cove right down the hill that the kids enjoyed. We enjoyed the chicken and ducks coming to visit us every morning as well. Definitely would go back.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this condo! We used the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and snorkel gear for our beach trips. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the condo was spacious with plenty of room to hang out in the kitchen or living room. Incredible views from every window, and a relaxing lanai. My kids loved swimming at the pool and I loved having a washer/dryer. The location is very safe and convenient, just a short drive to shopping and restaurants in Hanalei as well as several beaches, and you can even walk to Queen’s Bath.

Beautiful Views

The views from the condo are gorgeous. Mountains from one side and ocean to the other! The condo is just as pictured and fairly well stocked. We got to the condo complex after dark and it was very hard finding the building as the building numbers are on rocks that were obstructed by foliage. If possible I would 100% recommend getting there before dark. It was a very quiet complex aside from the chickens, but they add to the charm. Overall a great stay.

North Shore Christmas stay

We stayed here for 3 weeks over Christmas and new years. We loved the condo and the complex in general! The pool and hot tub area was fantastic. The sound of the waves and the views of the mountains out the back windows was special. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable for 3 weeks. We didn’t miss a thing at home! Everyone was comfortable in the beds and the place was clean and comfy. We were surprised how comfortable the temp was without a/c, we all agreed we didn’t miss it. But Kelly did supply a lot of extra fans if needed that didn’t get used. Kelly was an amazing host she was very helpful and responsive and wanted to make sure we had a great stay and I would without a doubt stay in one of her properties again!

Property is well-loved. Owner helpful via FaceTime as we had difficulty finding with so many look-alike bldgs, but wi-fi can be weak. Only problems were TV was unusable due to inability to lower volume and upstairs occupant who was stomping around at 3:30 am.

Great Stay in Princeville

We had a great time at this vacation home! It is well stocked with laundry soap, plenty of towels, a curler, blow dryer, some coffee and tea, beach chairs, ice blocks, toys, books, sand toys, and more. The pool on site is heated and clean, and the grounds are so nicely maintained. The chickens that roam the complex are such a fun touch - my toddler had a great time spotting them. The fans kept us cool in April, and we’d definitely come back again! That being said, we had a bit of a hiccup with the lockbox upon arrival which made check in a bit stressful. Then, the password listed for WiFi didn’t work which made it hard for me to contact the property manager. When I did get a hold of the manager, though, she was very helpful and quick to answer my phone calls.

Princeville, Kauai 2 night stay

The property is lovely and very well stocked! We had a question upon arrival and Kelly the host responded immediately. The complex is a little bit isolated, but beautifully maintained. It is true you will need a car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful place to stay

Our family absolutely enjoyed staying in Princeville on our trip. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and up-to-date. Close to Hanalei Bay, which we loved! Nice to have beach chairs, towels and umbrellas available for our use.
