Prima volta in questo hotel servizio e ppetsonale eccellente dusponibile e preparato. Cibo buono e abbondante con buffet di antipasto a cena ricchissimo e buffet di colazione per tutti i gusti, e se non c'era qualcosa il personale era sempre pronto ad esaudirti. Spa di altissimo livello vuota e child free dalle 16. Spazi adeguati e per tutti i gusti. Valore aggiunto qualunque caffe preso al bar durante il soggiorno era considerato compreso nel prezzo. Veramente una piacevole sorpresa da tornare.

A dicembre, acqua per la doccia appena tiepida, alcune volte fredda. Temperatura della camera non regolabile autonomamente. Oltre i 20 gradi non andava (se una persona è freddolosa o non sta bene, meglio tenere il giubbotto addosso anche in camera). Nonostante avessimo la camera prenotata, non è stato possibile cenare in hotel, bisognava avvisare prima! Signora anziana alla reception molto poco gentile e disponibile.
