4/5 Good

"Mini fridge froze my food items and drinks. Fire alarm went off at 3am. Was told it had something to do with faulty wiring. There was no real fire threat. Just a crude awakening when you are sound asleep."

4/5 Good

"The room was very cold and wasn’t heating up. I asked for more blankets and the staff was happy to provide them. They have a 500 watt heater in the room to help warm it up. I don’t mind sleeping in a cold room but initially it was a little uncomfortable. The temperature did increase from 61 degrees when we arrived to 66 degrees in the morning. The outside temperature was around freezing. I’m not sure what it would be like when it is minus 20."
