Staff was courteous, even when our initial room wreaked of men's cologne. They immediately got us another room. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom floor had hair and tub had some yellow substance, but all in all nice stay.

The 1st night, we were welcomed to the bathroom sink clogged(which we unclogged ourselves). Toilet seat was very loose and shifty. Breakfast was very good though! Great coffee, juice, and small amount of food selection.

Room was clean, enough towels, soap, etc. Friendly staff. Hotel hair dryer burned out! Staff gave one to use, & by the time I returned from shopping, the old hair dryer was replaced. Only disappointment was everything was sugar-laden. it would have been nice to have plain oatmeal along with all the other packages.

Not only do they over charge. Breakfast? No eggs, just oatmeal and waffles. Then a random young guy knocked on our door at 10am (checkout is 11 am) asking if we were staying another night when we booked for 1 night only. He kept knocking till I answered. Parking lot was empty so there werent guests inquiring for a vacant roim.
