It’s nice to see an historic building reconditioned and modernized this well—the charm remains and the electric and plumbing works as you’d expect from modern construction. The guest rooms are a little small, as are the en-suite bathrooms, but they’re nicely appointed and the bedding is comfortable. The on-property restaurant, lounge bar, and speakeasy are very good—both cuisine and serving staff. The property location is outstanding if you’re looking for accessibility to downtown Prescott. The city parking garage is free to park, clean, and not even a half block away if you use the hotel entrance to the alley. I will stay here again if I visit Prescott. I highly recommend this hotel.
