This 70 m² cottage is spread over the ground floor and upper floor, comprising a living room with a beautiful equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry area. Central heating is available. The cottage has Wi-Fi. Located in a quiet area, this pretty detached adobe house was renovated in 2018 and features a pleasant 800 m² private garden with trees and flowers (not enclosed). The cottage is comfortable, very well-equipped, and has modern furnishings. You'll appreciate its countryside location, just 8 km from Montbrison and Boen (a 10-minute drive). For your comfort, linens are provided, beds are made upon arrival, and all utilities are included.
