Unbelievably gorgeous

Beautiful inside and out. Gorgeous view. Beach within walking distance but highly recommend a taxi back… the uphill walk is challenging! Many restaurants to choose from. We did a boat tour which left from the beach area. Everything was very convenient! Highly recommend this villa and hope to return some day! Ciao

Beautiful & Authentic

Lovely Terrace

This house sits up on a hill overlooking the water and has several outdoor spaces—a front porch with access to both front bedrooms and then a side terrace with a shaded dining area, hot tub, outdoor shower and grill. We were only there two nights but we tried to use as much of that space as possible! Norman was our contact person and he was very helpful in resolving some initial AC problems as well as our mishap with the washing machine. There is parking space which is very important because the streets are really narrow so we were glad not to have our car parked on the street. Praiana is a very pretty town and we enjoyed out time there in this great house.

10 year anniversary rental

We had an exquisite time at Villa Imperati and highly recommend staying here IF you don’t mind the 250 stairs from town center to your front door. The views were spectacular! The pool was refreshing! The sunsets were breathtaking!!! The only complaint we have is the WiFi could be spotty at times so it was difficult to communicate with our property manager for that reason. Overall, an amazing trip and that you to Norman for all he did for us during our stay!

Convenient location and wonderful management

We loved staying both at this property and in Praiano itself. The management staff were extremely prompt in responding to communication and helping us arrange everything from transportation to grocery delivery. The outdoor furniture needed a little TLC, but other than that, we loved our stay at Casa Elena as 4 adults and 2 kids.

This property is amazing, and so comfortable. Close enough to Sorrento for day trips and lots of shopping in the village. The Limoncello is wonderful and made in Priano. Carmen is a great hostess and very attentive to your needs. On site parking makes it easy.

A spectacular week!

The pictures on VRBO of this property are absolutely accurate. It is spectacular! You will say "WOW!" when you stand on the balcony and look out over the Mediterranean for the first time, guaranteed! The property is in excellent condition and immaculately clean. Everything you need to cook and eat is there and in fine working order. We appreciated the clothes washing machine and there is a rack on the balcony for quick air drying of clothes. You hang it at night and it is dry in the morning. We had a rental car and took advantage of the on-site parking which is available for an additional 20 Euros per day. There is virtually no on-street parking for non-residents so this is an absolute necessity if you come with a car. It is a great amenity for the property. The town of Praiano is somewhat isolated from the major action on the Amalfi Coast, so don't expect to walk to the beach or to many attractions. Again, a car is a must unless you just want to stay put and enjoy the beautiful villa and wonderful views. There is a small grocery store a five minute walk down the street which had everything we needed to enjoy a simple dinner in the evening. A good fresh meat and cheese counter and fair prices. Also friendly people. After you visit the second time you will be recognized. We were met at the villa by Carmen, who explained everything to us and then texted us the next morning to answer additional questions. We sought her advice nearly every day and she provided cheerful and prompt responses. We have rented properties in Spain, France, Norway, and Ireland and this place is at the very top of the list in all categories! You will love it.

Gorgeous Villa and Views!

This villa was everything you could imagine. It was a great size with outside patios for dining or lounge chairs for the sun. The views were incredible. It is a short walk to the market, restaurants, gelato and the beach! We had a wonderful time.

Great property with fabulous views

Great Property. Large rooms, well furnished, great balcony porch, super patio area w lanai, accessible location to stores, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Fabulous views. Great for a family. We had 4 adults & 2 kids & really enjoyed this place. Excellent gated security and private parking. Norman and Enza at SMAAC made this really seamless to occupy & to exit. Very helpful.
