I liked everything about this hotel.The cleanliness, the atmosphere, the view, the service and the professional staff. The breakfast buffet had a great variety to choose from. The octopus cremosa plate that I had for dinner was so delicious!

When booking this, please understand that there is no way this is going to be a four-star hotel as this hotel is rated on Expedia. I thought when booking this hotel, just maybe it could be a good three-star hotel. I booked this hotel several weeks in advance. What we were given was a first-floor room with a window that was half full of sand all over it, which made it difficult to see much of anything outside the room. You could hear bad wind shear in this room, and to top it all off, you were given a room next to both the stairwell and elevator. I made mention to hotel staff, who were slightly defensive about the issue; however, they did give me a new room, which was located on the second floor. I had this room up until later at night; I'll get back to why we had this room for only a portion of a day. I informed the assistant manager (very tall woman) about the new issues with this room. On Expedia, every room is titled 'Deluxe Room'; there is a slight difference in what you get and what you pay. I informed the assistant manager that my booking was the larger listed deluxe room, noting a couch and more openness (two ways to enter the bathroom). Limited to 1500 words here, so, changed to three rooms (never happened to me before). Lovely looking pool is COLD, between 68 -71 degrees during my stay; Not heated, saw no more than 8 people during entire stay in in, only one in it past 15 minutes. Breakfast awas old, over rype and other issues. Poor all around hotel, stray dogs
