With a rooftop pool with a 360° view on the ocean & city, you will be able to the warm climate of Praia. An interior parking is at your disposal for your rental car. Cova Minhoto is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, but on top of that, the access to the apartment is monitored by the security guards of the Condominium at the entrance.

Viele kleine und mittlere Mängel

Küche zu gering bestückt. Für 2 bis auf die fehlende große Pfanne ausreichend. Nur 2 Stühle draussen, beide defekt. TV ohne Funktion, Verwalter hat auf Netflix aufgerüstet. Wohnungstür lässt sich voninnen nicht verschliessen. Masterbedroom und Bad ohne Steckdosenfunktion. Mückenschutztüren liegen lose auf den Balkonen
