A cozy modern apartment located in a farm like property with an awesome view over Porto Martins village and the ocean. Please note that the apartment is just a fraction of the whole property (see pictures with highlighted areas in red). The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them in the attic) a bathroom with washing machine and a confortable living room equipped with a 43" 4K smart TV with access to the most popular stream services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV, etc.). It also has a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view.
Other features include an outdoor space for exclusive use of the guests and private free parking.
Besides having a breath taking view, the apartment also is close to the ocean with a great swimming spot just 400 meters away. Porto Martins natural pools are just 15 minute walk away and are visible from the balcony.
