Great apartment, plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Perfect location, right in the center of everything, many attractions within a walking distance, many great food options. Metro and train station nearby as well. Would highly recommend!! Two things that I wish were different - not having a front desk on site was a little inconvenient (always nice to have someone to ask questions) and getting more than one pillow per person (there were extras in the closet, but no pillow cases). Otherwise, everything else was great. Thank you!!

Apartment was lovely and clean, didn’t need toiletries, cleaning products for washing up or use the dishwasher. A coffee machine was provided but no pods which was disappointing. The beds were so comfy too, extra pillow covers would have been good as the pillows on the bed were huge and too high to sleep on. Definitely recommend and stay here again.

This property is located in the middle of Wenceslas Square which is a great tourist spot as well as being walkable to most tourist spots in the city! The apartment was good size with the bedroom being very comfortable. The lift is a bit small and we had to do a couple of rounds with our suitcases and the lights in the staircase wouldn’t stay on for too long but otherwise everything was very good!

The first apartment we stayed in was lovely. Lots of room, clean and air conditioning as requested. The second apartment was not clean and had no A/C on the hottest day of the summer. Office offered to bring an extra fan, but it did not arrive.

My family and I loved this place. Highly recommend. And the staff was very attentive. They gave us fresh sheets and toilet paper every 3-4 days. It’s the perfect location if you want to be central to dining out or clubs or historical buildings/sites. Would definitely stay here again in the future:)

I love our 2-bedroom apartment. Very spacious and clean. It is nice to have separate bathroom and toilet; however, the toilet is tight. There is no staff on site. I have no problem to self checking in and check out, but communication can be better. Access to building and to our room is with a code which was supposed to be provided 24-hour in advance, but I didn’t receive it and had to email them in the morning of our arrival. Somehow none of the radiator type of heaters is working. I emailed to office but did not receive any response. Overall, I like this property a lot. Would have given it 5-star if not for the communication issues.

This apartment was fabulous and in a great location. It is off a courtyard in Wenceslas Square but sound was not an issue. We could walk everywhere and anything you needed was close by! The 2 bedrooms were large and the all in one kitchen, dining and living room was large and spacious. There was a balcony off the dining room, but we didn't use it. Parking was nearby on the street. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Noisy building ,, you can hear people from other apartments parting and shouting Code to enter the apartment wasn’t working and tried to contact the 24/7 number was provided but never worked , send emails no answer
