It is basic and average. Fairly comfortable, free wifi but no TV. Shared bathroom. Wooden floors, everything seems to echo, you can people in the rooms opposite. There seems to be no policy on noise as one room next to us made a lot of noise up until midnight and again then at 6am in the morning which was very annoying!!

We loved our stay here! The hotel was very nice. Above everything, the service desk worker was the nicest and most memorable at any hotel I've ever been to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service and a short distance to the city center.

Upon entering the building everything seemed promising and nice. We had a double room with a shared bathroom which included body wash in the shower and a hand towel. The room had a double bed, two night stands, two chairs, a table, a mini fridge and a TV, however the bed sheets had holes in and everywhere was dusty. The room was stuffy and far too hot, even on the coolest days with the window open and the fan on, we asked to change rooms and were given directions to a shop to purchase our own fan, just to try to get some sleep we went to the suggested shop to find they only stocked £250+ Dyson fans. The hotel is in a convenient location and only a 20 minute drive from the airport, it has a Mini Mart next door which is open until 11pm, there are 3 shops, a small bar and a nice kebab shop. There’s a pharmacy about a 5 minute walk, a McDonald’s at the bus station about a 10 minute walk which has a bus that goes directly to the zoo and it’s around an hours walk to Prague Old Town and Sea World.

We booked this hotel as I had read the reviews and many were good, little did we know that when we arrived at the hotel they took us to a “authorised staff entrance only” to an outer area. We wasn’t exactly in the hotel we was outside it. I’d class it as a shed we got given 4 keys. He literally pointed to where our room was (in the hours of 23:00) basically pitched black night. (Picture shown) and we had to find out what keys were what on our own as he went back inside. When we eventually got into one door, there was another door, again when we had to find the right key we eventually got inside. The room smelt musky and unclean. Low and behold we found a number of (pubic hairs) all over the bed, also the shower was basically in the room, I was with my friend and we didn’t feel comfortable showering in vision of eachother as we have decency. I’d say this was basically a bathroom with a bed in. I have never seen such thing like it! We was completely shocked and disgusted! The room was equipped with a television which brightened up our spirit, until we turned it on and it had no signal what so ever. The mirror in the bathroom was held up by masking tape (see picture). The room was absolutely freezing compared to the main building! I slept in my coat! Just before check out we went to buy breakfast here as we didn’t have time to go anywhere else. €5 per person for nothing but a few rashes of salami and cheese, some slices of bread and some cereal. This was actually disgusting.

It is a bit far away from the city centre. We asked whst trams went into town considering there was a tram stop outside and each time it was a different number that didnt stop there.

Very good location, just few minutes away from subway, tram stop next to it. Staff excellent very nice and helpful. There was only one thing I didn’t like it as I could smell cigarettes in my room and breakfast could have just a little bit of veggies like tomatoes or cucumbers. Besides I was very pleased with my stay and i will come back there.

Great location. Only 6 tram stops away from then old square and the tram stop is right outside. Close to the metro too if needed. The staff are friendly and would always help / offer advice when needed. There are free maps too, breakfast is available and can borrow hair dryers and irons if needed. The location is good, there are shops nearby to get snacks and a few places to eat. Room was clean and was provided with free shower gel, could be cleaned daily if requested- we didn’t bother as we were only there 3 nights and kept it clean ourselves. Only down side was that the rooms were quite hot and this was February, so I think they would be very hot in the summer months. Overall, a basic but perfect accomadtion for a city break with everything you need!

Hotel was nice and cosy. Relatively near all the touristy places as well, so it's easy to get everywhere. There're also food places around which is very convenient if you want to avoid the crowd.

It’s quite noisy and the walls/doors are not sound-proof/protected. The lifts only stop at half level per floor so if you have heavy luggage, need to carry up. The fridge & toilet ventilation is also very loud and might affect your sleep. It’s more a frills-Free budget hostel.
