Not a great experience overall. When I arrived to check in, the two gentlemen at the desk could not locate my reservation and were very grumpy when I explained I had used the Hotels.com app. I had just arrived from the U.S., was sweaty and tired, and had no desire to stand around as they shuffled papers and made calls. Took about 45 minutes to get me my keys. The room itself was…fine. Unremarkable. Clean, yes. The beds were rock hard. Maybe some folks like that, but it did my back no favors. Had a little balcony which would’ve been nice except the “view” was of the parking lot and the building next door. Overall a mediocre experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

OK, you get what you pay for

The hotel was OK, basic but clean and had a “no frills” feel to it. The room was quite comfy and the shower was good. The hotel is a few minutes walk from where the bus from the airport ends and where you can catch the A metro into town. Reception staff really did not go out of their way with anything… shame as a smile and a warm welcome would make it all much better.

This is a great place to stay if you need to catch an early morning flight to the airport. An Uber only costs about 250 Kc (10 US dollar) and takes 15 minutes. The bedding is all cotton. We have never had breakfast here because of flight times. But they will pack you a breakfast in a bag to take with you. It has a sandwich, fruit, a wafer cookie, and water. We always book through Orbitz and we always get a nice room. At least on the 10th floor or higher and with a balcony and a city view.

Perfect, except for the phonecharging situation😀

The hotel is very decent. They are obviously renovating room by room. Because we have both been in "old rooms" and "new rooms:.It is our 4th stay here. Nice location. Proffesional staff. Very clean rooms. The only complaint is that some the "old rooms" doesn't have electrical wiring fit for our modern needs, only electrical outlet for charging our phone is in one corner of the room and very far from the bed. Our advice; is that we love the renovated rooms, but even the "old rooms" would be perfect if I could charge my phone while resting in the bed. So main priority should upgrading the electrical. And the best for last: the small hotel restaurant is 10 of 10. Lovely food, nice prices and excellent staff. We never thought we would choose to dine at the hotel so often :-)
