Cleanliness and quality wasn’t just what was promised or what it looked like when I was making the reservations. The staff was a bit clueless of any simple request I had, for instance not knowing if they had shaving kit or dental kits. In the pictures it clearly shows that there should be a gym which was simply not true. Also, nothing was included and the quality of breakfast for instance was just bad.
