Had a lovely stay from the 5th to 12th Dec 25 We were given a free welcome drinks voucher to use at any time during our stay. The member of staff also made us a cup of coffee on arrival as it was late at night. There was also free mulled wine in reception and to top it all a free bottle of wine in the room. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and the staff were very pleasant. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned every day. The location was very good and easily walkable to most of the historic sights and the tram was only a few mins walk to catch the 22 to prague castle which came every 6 mins. Would definitely use this hotel again and thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Elaine Rouse Room 210

Most of the staff but one were lovely. The hotel itself was ok except there was no ventilation other than a small fan. Though it said aircondioning was available when I booked there was in fact no air conditioning in the room. We changed rooms because the first was too noisy on top level both from outside noise and also from the corridors. Though one of the staff a lovely man was kind enough to move us to the third floor on the second night, the noise was still a problem from outside when leaving the window open. It was extremely loud with a bar nearby. Plus the room let in noise from the corridors. On the morning of check out opened the door on us while we were in bed before 8.30. Twice I saw people urinating outside the hotel. I definitely would not stay here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Do not accept a ground floor room!

Do not accept a ground floor room! A burglar broke into our room through the window as we slept! Long story and fortunately, the terrific Prague police caught him and we got all our stuff back, but the ease with which he could enter through the ground floor window was unsettling. Apparently, based on the attached photo, we were not the only guests this has happened to. The Hotel moved us to a top floor room afterward (they said no such rooms were available when we first checked in), and we had no problems after that. Great location and excellent breakfast.

Hotel is conveniently located within easy walks for many attractions. No A/C means open windows and some street noise after bars close. Bathroom was tiny and only one chair for two people. Bar service could be promoted to help guests enjoy courtyard. Staff were excellent and helpful.

Nice older hotel. Breakfast was a great option. Service was great. Located in old Prague, it was still convenient to walk from here to the sites and return after sightseeing for the day. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Great value for the price.

Lovely stay in Prague!

Since our arrival we have received great service. We really felt like we were fully taken care of. The location is superb! The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. Breakfast was amazing. If we ever are in Prague again, we will definitely come back.

We really loved our stay in Hotel Adler! Thank you for upgrading our room free of charge :) Plenty of scrumptious options for breakfast with good quality coffee to kickstart your long day in Prague. The location is strategic, everywhere is walkable (at least for us). Hotel is close to metro line B. Overall, we cannot find fault in the hotel. Only one minor thing to improve, the toilet door lock in Room 413 is faulty and hard to open/close but it does not bother us at all.

Lovely little hotel well run with helpful staff. Clean, modest rooms with complimentary toiletries, drinks, free wi-fi, and a nice breakfast. It’s tucked away on a little side street but not a long walk from the river and the kafka statue.
