Great budget option. Location is in Prague 1 near the dancing house. Within walking distance of old town square and wenceslas square . Also close to the metro so was very ideal. Facilities were good, no issues when checking in or out. Price was also very cheap. No complaints. Would consider staying here again the next time I go to Prague.

El hotel tiene buena localización, pero la estadia fue horrible. Nos cambiaron de cuarto varias veces. La primera noche la habitación holia a humedad, holor a cigarrillo y la cama parecia una piedra. La segunda habitacion que nos cambiaron al segundo dia comenzo a liquiear agua del techo y se mojo toda la cama. Por ultimo la tercera habitacion que nos pusieron, el baño no tenia cortinas ni siquiera el tubo para ponerlas, fue un completo desastre. Para lo que pagamos no vale la pena. La recepción esta solo hasta las 7pm y luego de eso el check in es por telefono con un codigo. En las fotos se ve el hotel moderno, pero no lo esta.

My stay at this hotel was awful. The shower water was ice-cold one night, making it unusable. When I reported this to reception, the staff rudely responded, “What do you want me to do about it?”—completely unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, the hotel falsely advertises laundry services on Expedia and their website, even providing a “laundry bag” in the closet, but reception informed me they don’t offer this service. This misleading information and poor service made for a horrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Basic quality but poor service

Poor service/conditions. No drinking water bottle in the room despite glass cups being in the room. No soap in the bathroom despite asking to get that sorted. Door locker from inside broken, doesn’t closes. Very very outdated furniture, needs a proper lift up. I would never stay there again.

Almost Perfect Experience

Wish check in was abit simpler, the stay other than that was perfect! Reception was very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious as well, thank you for the pleasant stay!

Bad; one outlet, leak in the ceiling if you kept the bathroom light on too long, beds are all single, no queen or king size. Front desk was not 24/7. Good;quiet, walls kept me from hearing other rooms, internet was really good, didnt cut out playing games as much as other hotels but sometimes it would. Price was great for the stay

Not worth it.

You pay too much for what you get. Room is small and suffocate feeling. No sunlight or air. The main entrance smells from cigarettes. Some things did not worked in the room. No kettle or coffee machine in the rooms. I suggest to find a better place. Sorry. My experience. One good thing - always hot water in the shower.

Only issue was time to check in to get the key. Also last night the key card failed and we had to call the other hotel for someone to come and reactivate but they were very quick

Nice little hotel, very close to everything and walking distance to restaurants. The only thing to add is that the Spa and Sauna wasn’t working during my stay.
