It is a huge hotel; we felt like we were at a holiday resort rather than a hotel. The breakfast is extremely impressive with a wide selection. We changed rooms twice. The first time, they gave us a "supposedly" better room on the 11th floor, but there was an elevator behind the wall, so the noise was unbearable. They gave us another room, but when we arrived, it was open and still being cleaned, so we ended up in a third room, which was comfortable and quiet. The room lacked an iron. The mineral water they give out at check-out is nice, but not environmentally friendly. The staff is professional and friendly.

Wonderful! Executive King room really nice and spacious. Breakfast was deluxe and the Executive Lounge a really nice place to relax in the evening. Hotel staff was terrific! Ivan at the desk was top notch for customer service. Super easy to access the "A" line for the Metro which had us downtown to all of the major attractions in 10 minutes. Also, trams and buses were easy to access.

Nice, but parking needs better organization. Taxis block loading zone in front of main entrance, ignorant drivers block the only other remaining entrance to underground parking, despite of a staff member asking not to do so. A/C is almost not functional - rooms are still very warm.
