This apartment is in a quiet area and very accessible by tram. Unfortunately, it smells like stale cigarettes. The apartment manager was apologetic when I mentioned it and said she was aware. The host never responded to my message acknowledging it.

Spacious clean apartment supplied with variety of utensils and equipments you need for your stay. A bit off centre however doesnโ€™t matter still accessible by easy connection. Multiple public transportation (bus, tram,metro) are just down to the apartment. In addition to the above positives, the property manager we communicate with her name is Linka, she responds on time and was very kind and helpful.

Very big room for a solo traveler. Shower stall is very small though. Very nice to have a washing machine in the bathroom and detergent provided. However the double lock of entrance door is not working that made me not very comfortable, and no explanation. There is no light in the corridor or just broken for the motion sensor when I was there. Personally I donโ€™t like the strong smell of the cleaning detergent they put in the toilet.

Lovely apartment but no air conditioning

Lovely little apartment in a great location with easy access to trams to the centre of Prague. Hosts are welcoming and friendly. The only downfall is that the apartment does not have air conditioning. A fan was provided however it was broken and so sleeping was unbearably hot. Although the hosts offered us some compensation for this we did not feel it covered the cost of losing sleep. Definitely would have given 5 stars if the fan was replaced.

Das Appartement ist so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Sauberkeit des Apartments ist hervorragend.Die Kommunikation mit dem Apartmentmanager hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die nรคchste StraรŸenbahn ist 2 min entfernt.Kleine Fixmรคrkte gibt es in der Nรคhe viele. Der nรคchste Lidl ist ca. 10 min entfernt. Auf der anderen Seite des Bahnhofs.Wenn ich nochmal einen Aufenthalt in Prag plane, wรผrde ich das Apartment wieder buchen.

Einwรถchige Reise nach Prag

Die Ferienwohnung ist abseits des Stadtkerns gelegen und damit ist es dort angenehm ruhig. Mit der Strassenbahn kommt man schnell รผberall hin. Die Ausstattung und Organisation des Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr gut.

Very nice, quite and clean appartment with walking-distance to Prag City-center

This is a very nice appartment for a 5 days+ stay in a local neighborhood near Prag City Centre (only 15 minutes away by Tram or 30 minutes away by feet (very recommendable by the way)). Appartment is clean, very quite and was perceived bigger than 30qm due to the sunny balcony. Communication both with the landlord and the Manager was excellent - both very nice and responsive. Very recommendable and our favourite for our next stay.
