Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gepflegt und auf der Seite der Atstadt, die etwas ruhiger ist. Sie liegt aber so zentral, dass in ein paar Minuten alles zu Fuss erreichen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne kleine Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Nachts war oft sehr laut von der Straße her wegen der Kneipen und der zentralen Lage. Das ist dann ja auch natürlich so.

Die Wohnung entspricht den durch die Beschreibung geweckten Erwartungen: funktional, gut ausgestattet, sehr gute Lage in der Neustadt mit vielen Cafés u.ä. in unmittelbarer Umgebung, wenige Minuten bis zu Haltestellen in alle Richtungen, bei offenem Fenster kann es nachts auch mal laut sein
