Villaparadise exceeds the expectations of even the most demanding visitor. Villa Paradise is located on the lakeshore and between the sea. Villaparadise consists of 3 residential buildings and a barbecue lean-to.

In the main building, you can cook together with family or friends in a cozy atmosphere. The new building has an outdoor barbigue area, which has a Lapland atmosphere when the evening falls. The entertainment center in the 3 buildings includes a poker table, theater equipment, game consoles, + karaoke equipment, etc. This also offers the opportunity for adults to spend time in the main building and children can, for example, in the entertainment center, which also has 2-3 sleeping places. The evening culminates in a wooden sauna and an outdoor pool, which have a great lake view.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung in alle Gebäude. Unkomplizierte vertrauensvolle Rückgabe des Hauses.Sehr gute Ausstattungen mit Gläsern, Geschirr, Küchengeräten, Kochutensilien. (Eierbecher und einen Sonnenschirm haben wir nicht gefunden.)Unsere Fragen zur Urlaubsvorbereitung wurden schnell beantwortet.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber brach ca. 1 Monat vor dem Check-in ab. Bis dahin war alles in Ordnung und unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Check-in Informationen haben wir über das Buchungsportal nicht erhalten, auch auf unsere Nachfragen beim Gastgeber nicht. Es war weder telefonisch noch über das Portal von FeWo-direkt ein Kontakt herzustellen. Wir waren vor der Check-in Zeit am gebuchten Haus. Niemand kam, niemand war zu erreichen. Wenige Minuten nach der offiziellen Check-in Uhrzeit wurde die Buchung durch den Gastgeber storniert. Begründung: Gast Mindestalter. Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) mussten kurzfristig etwas anderes suchen und buchen. Das war aufgrund der Ferienzeit und Region äußerst schwierig. Die Sauberkeit des Objekts und Genauigkeit des Inserats können aufgrund der Stornierung durch den Gastgeber nicht bewertet werden. Wir hatten über FeWo-direkt gebucht. Erreichbarkeit, Service und Kommunikation waren gut, aber auch FeWo-direkt konnte den Gastgeber nicht erreichen und das Problem nicht lösen.
