Hot day in Finland

The desk hours were real variable. The blinds had been left open before we checked in and it was a hot day in Finland, The sun was shining in so the room was hot. There was one little fan, but not really enough

Meihin oltiin viestillä yhteydessä ennen majoittumista, mikä oli mukavaa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja tuli tervetullut olo. Huone oli hieno, tilava ja mukava. Auton sai ihan huoneiston eteen parkkiin ja oma sisäänkäynti oli plussaa. Sijainti ja ympäristö oli kaunis ja idyllinen. Huoneiston ikkunasta näkyi kaunis metsä-/merimaisema. Aamupala oli meille valmiina jääkaapissa ja se oli maukas ja riittävä. Viihdyimme Poukamassa erinomaisesti!

Kahden yön reissu 23.-25.7.24

Hotellille päästyämme meidät otettiin erittäin ystävällisesti vastaan. Huoneemme oli todella kuuma sinne päästyämme. Toki myös ulkolämpötila oli helteinen ja ilmastointia ei huoneessa ollut. Vain yksi pieni pöytä tuuletin löytyi kaapista. Hieman olisi auttanut, jos henkilökunta olisi laittanut edes verhot kiinni, niin ei olisi paistanut suoraan sisälle. Huoneesta oli luvattu osittanen merinäköala, mutta todellakin täytyi mennä ikkunan viereen katsomaan, niin meri löytyi. Pölyä oli aikalailla ja WC paperia ei lainkaan. Henkilökunta reagoi kyllä puutteisiin välittömästi ja pahoitellen. Aamiainen aika perus hotelliaamiainen, mutta kyllä sillä sai vatsansa täyteen ja päivän käyntiin.

Aamiainen ei vastannut odotusta sekä hinnoittelua, se oli todella vaatimaton. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja aurinkoista. Hybridiauton lataus mahdollisuudesta olisin antanut tähden, sähkötolpat kuitenkin oli pihassa.

Kaksi päiväinen koiranäyttely ja yövyimme Poukamassa. Paikka hieno mutta varmasti kesäkaudella enemmän menoa ja aktiviteettia joten voi olla että tulemme kesällä katsastamaan paikan uudestaan. Huone oli mukavan iso kun mukana 2 isompaa koiraa. Pieni miinus tuli kun isossa huoneessa pieni televisio niin ei nähnyt tekstityksiä.

yhden yön loma

Kuvien perusteella varasimme perheelle yhden yön reissun, ajattelimme tuossa paikassahan on kaikenlaista tekemistä. Äkkiä kuitenkin paikanpäällä huomasimme että aktiviteetit oli tarkoitettu isoille ryhmille, ei niinkään yksityiselle matkustajille. Mm. saunaan ei päässyt vaikka netissä kun katsoi niin puitteet sen puoleen olis olleet. Vähän tylsä vuorokausi kun ei oikein siellä keksitty mitään tekemistä. Perhehuoneen keittiön varustelu oli myös todella vaisu. Kuvauksen perusteella olisi varusteltu keittiö, mutta todellisuudessa oli ruokailuastiat mutta ei mitään millä sitä itse ruokaa olisi voinut valmistaa. Mikrouunikin löytyi kaappiin tungettuna, ja sille ei meinannut löytyä edes pistorasiaa kun kaivoimme sen esiin. Uunipelti oli löytö jostain, koska se ei keittiössä olleeseen uuniin mahtunut. Aikamoista sävellystä oli ruokailu kun olimme tosiaan varautuneet ruokailemaan vain omassa huoneessa. Annoimme lähtiessä kyllä palautteen paikanpäällä ja se otettiin hyvin vastaan, palvelussa ei ole moitetta. Aamiainen ok.

Tekstissä luvattiin kahvinkeitintä. Sitä ei ollut, mutta henkilökunta toisen nopeasti. Kuvassa oli mikroaaltouuni, mutta sitä ei ollut. Huoneessa oli siis keittiö (mm. liesituuletin), mutta ei mitään ruuan valmistus mahdollisuutta, ei edes leipäveistä. Aamu-uinti mahdollisuus altaassa oli kiva.

Huoneen varustelu ei vastannut kuvausta. Mm. jääkaappi ja mikro puuttui kokonaan. Huoneen termostaatti oli ilmeisesti viallinen ja lattialämmitys päällä kesäkuumalla. Omistaja oli kuitenkin todella asiallinen ja pahoitteli tapahtunutta kovasti. Saatiin hänen kanssa hoidettua asia kuntoon hienosti yhteisymmärryksessä, joten palvelu oli ensiluokkaista! Huoneena Standard twin.

Asiakaspalvelussa paljon parantamisen varaa. Nuiveaa palvelua, lisäksi jouduimme odottamaan puolisen tuntia huoneeseen pääsyä, kun ovea ei oltu jätetty auki sopimuksesta huolimatta. Suppea aamupala K-menu tuoremehulla, olisin toivonut laadukkaampia tuotteita. Huoneessa patjat lakanoiden alta keltaiset, sekä ekstratyynyt myös keltaiset ja ilman tyynyliinoja. Maisemat hyvät ja huone muutoin mukava ja rauhallinen.

Kallis Hotelli paikka ja kaukana.

Pitkällä oli pitkä matka keskustaan. Busseja ei kulkenut Porvoon keskustaan. Näin autottomana meni taksi tilauksiin paljon rahaa. Lisäksi aamiainen ei kuulunut kalliin yöpymisen hintaan vaan siitä tuli erillinen maksu. Hotellissa ei ruokapaikkaa. Paljun käytöstä luvattiin ilmoittaa ja ilmoitusta ei tullut. Emme päässeet saunan jälkeen siihen se oli suljettu. Muuten kaunis paikka mutta liian pitkällä keskustasta. Tuli kallis reissu näin yksin huoltajana. Tuolla rahalla olisi päässyt jo Vaikka Viroon hotelliin 3 vuorokautta.

Yhden yön majoituksessa toimii, joten pitemmästä paikalle jäämisestä ei tullut kokemusta, kuten ei ruokailustakaan. Muut matkaajat olivat iloisia, paitsi huoneiden kuumuudesta. Yötä myöten viileni, kun tuuletusikkuna pidettiin avoimena ja wc:n imuri auttoi ilmanvaihdossa. Alkuilta pidettiin huoneen ovi avoimena. Niin tekivät jotkut muutkin. Kuuma kesäpäivät ovat hikinen lisä asumiseen, jos ilmastointi ei toimi, tai asukas ei tiedä,onko jotain mahdollista säädellä. Kaikki kuitenkin hyvin.

Siistit ja isot huoneet. Vuoteet mukavat, joskin parivuode olisi ollut kiva. Vuodesohva tarkoitettu vain pienelle lapselle, aikuiselle liian hento ja hankala nukkua. Astiat Ok, vaikka veitsi oli rikki ja muutama lautanen likainen (yksi likainen ja toisessa vielä pähkinöitä) vaikka olivat puhtaiden joukossa. Rauhallinen ja suojaisa paikka, aurinkoiset ilmat hellivät vierailun ajan.

hiljainen hotelli

Hotelli on enemmän tilauskäytössä, yritysten tyky ym, mutta matkailijaa palveltiin todella hyvin, vaikkei ravintolaa ollut (ei ollut asiakkaita) ja saunaosastoa uima-altaalla (ei asiakkaita) pääsimme rantasaunaan ja olimme lähes yksin vieraina. huoneet rivitalossa, oma rauha, siisti, pelkistetty, todella kivat maastot ulkoiluun ja puitteet juurikin tykypäivälle ;) kävimme kylän ravintolassa syömässä, ja ostimme aamiaistarpeet k-kaupasta.
