This hotel is located right in the heart of Hampton Beach, walking distance to everything.The room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, the owner/manager and the staff here are super pleasant and helpful!! I will definitely stay here again!

Location is great. Rooms are dated. No coffee/water in room or available in lobby. So many small repairs needed that a list would be too long. Rug in room hasn't been deep cleaned in years. Bring your own pillow as the ones in room are small and well used/flat. Small....very small room.
It’s a cheap motel on Hampton beach. Nothing to write home about. But perfect location to The Hampton ballroom if you’re seeing a show and don’t want to drive home. The coffee shop downstairs and outside is awesome! Really good coffee and muffins. The staff at the front desk were super friendly.
Absolutely loved the heated pool. Placed in a strange area though.
Bud! The gentleman that was working the late nights, Bud, was so great! He was an absolute treasure.
Very convenient location, right in the middle of the boardwalk. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Beach is right across the street. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was beautiful! Motel is a bit outdated for the pricing. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Parking is ridiculous for this hotel. There appears to be only one road besides the strip (which you can't drive on) that leads to their parking lot. The road is a one way! So when you are leaving you're fine. But returning to your parking spot means going the wrong way on a one way. Drove around for 15 min multiple times trying to avoid this. Very annoying. Our room had a bad smell. You can hear noise coming from nearby rooms. The walls must be very thin. Room and floors felt and looked dirty. Overall an ok place to stay a couple nights. Would not recommend longer than that.
The staff was *spectacular* -- and went out of their way to help. After check-in, and near midnight, I had a knock on my door: it was the manager, who has walked all the way up to the top floor to tell me that the hatch on my car hadn't closed, and was wide open. He had seen it on the security cameras, figured out that it was my car, and immediately notified me. THAT is the kind of thing that makes me want to come back.
The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Much better than what I have at home!!
