There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2nd king sized bedroom can also be set up as a twin room, 3rd bedroom with sea views with a double/single bunk. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The lounge has a bay window with lovely views across the common to the sea, it is open plan with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
For your comfort, bedding, towels, WiFi and parking are included in the price.
The apartment is on the first floor. There are 7 steps up to the building and a flight of stairs (21 steps) to the first floor. There is no lift.

Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately. Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required. We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested. The following charges may be applied Lost keys £30 Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost. Up to 2 dogs allowed a £25 fee applies per stay. Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy.
