For a Best Western brand this hotel falls very short of acceptable. Hotel has a very strange smell in common areas and rooms smelled like complete mold. Beds were very hard and mattresses covered in plastic. Pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are very small and a very very low toilet. Cannot recommend and I will not be staying here again.
No hot water in shower. When I addressed this, was told that i just didn't have it adjusted right. Eventhough I had just told them we had tried everything. By then we had to leave

We had a great experience from check-in, home was very clean and nice, bed were comfortable .. check was very easy!! Only thing we had to ask for was clean towels because no maid service was done while we were there.. other than that everything met our expectations.. 😀😀

The hotel is old and so the room seemed old as well but pretty clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym equipment was very outdated, couldn't really use it for strength training.
The hotel was clean and centrally located in Hampton.
Staff was very pleasant and happy. (The inside of bathroom door in room 137 needs veneer replaced.) The breakfast buffet is absolutely scrumptious!

I liked how close it was to the beach. I hated the fact that the chlorine from the pool area took over the whole room all night long, very dangerous. Had to keep the siding door open all night just to breathe.
