La Brisa -Full refurb, Perfect location
‘La Brisa’ is a mid terraced house in a quiet, residential street not far from the nearest sea front. Recently redecorated, it sleeps up to 6 people over 3 bedrooms. It is a fantastic space for exploring the North Coast and beyond.
West Strand beach and Royal Portrush Golf club
are just a five-minute stroll away. Other local
tourist attractions are easily accessible by car.
Dunluce Castle and The Giants Causeway are a
mere 5 and 13 minute drive by car, respectively.
The space
The property comprises an open plan dining and living space and a well equipped kitchen, including washing
machine. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 double and 1 with a bunk bed) plus a recently installed modern bathroom suite with walk in electric shower.
Please note that the open fireplace in the living room is NOT available to use as the chimney has been blocked up. We are sorry about this but previous issues have forced our hand.
Dining area seats six comfortably and there is a front patio to enjoy a sundowner.
Comfy beds, a cafetière and ice in the freezer, what more could you want?!

All of Portrush is easily within walking distance even with a low level of fitness. There is free on street parking at the property.
