La struttura ha delle potenzialità, ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche accorgimento: manca l'aria condizionata (i ventilatori non sono sufficienti), manca il box doccia e la cucina non è molto attrezzata. Sarebbe preferibile nella zona giorno una finestra normale, che si potesse aprire per arieggiare al posto di quella minuscola in alto. Bello il giardino con il pergolato e la possibilità di mangiare fuori. Avevo scelto un appartamento con un matrimoniale e due singoli, invece c'era un divano letto.

Appartamenti in buona posizione, vicino a Portoferraio, Capoliveri e porto azzurro e alle spiagge. Peccato che ci siano parecchie pecche sia dal punto di vista della pulizia interna ( nonostante ci sia un prezzo fisso da pagare all'arrivo) ed esterna (c'era un vecchio nido sopra la luce esterna e il lampione che avrebbe dovuto illuminare l'esterno è divelto ed appoggiato ad una pianta, e da quanto ho letto nelle altre recensioni, da due anni...); scarsa organizzazione anche per gli accessori minimi che dovrebbero esserci in cucina (abbiamo dovuto chiedere scolapasta, tappeto per la doccia e mestoli vari. Inoltre mancavano tovagliette per la colazione e delle presine). Nonostante questo gli appartamenti sono in zona tranquilla, tralasciando qualche disagio provocato dal vicino ristorante, e anche se non dotati di aria condizionata, con i ventilatori messi a disposizione si dorme abbastanza bene.
