The apartment “Molo B” is at the second floor of a new building with lift, very close to the harbor of Portoferraio, to the beach of Le Ghiaie, La Padulella and Capobianco, and to the centre of Portoferraio.
This apartment has been recently renovated and it has been tastefully decorated by the owner in a modern and cosy style: it is the perfect house for couples or families that arrive on the island without the auto or for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. In a walking distance (about 600 mt) you can reach the very beautiful beach of Le Ghiaie, famous for its white pebbles and the crystal-clear water: the sea in front of Le Ghiaie is a marine protected area and it is a real paradise for swim and snorkel. The other two suggestive beaches of Padulella and Capo Bianco are at about 1 km: like Le Ghiaie, they have white pebbles and a blue and clear sea. The centre of Portoferraio is at about 600 mt and it is reachable through "La Calata", so it is called the promenade. Nearby the apartment you can find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, the bus station, the taxi station, etc.
The apartment for our guests is a two-bedroom flat for 2/4 persons, of about 70 sqm and it is at the second floor of a small complex of apartment with lift, that has been recently renovated with attention to details. The building is very near to the harbor of Portoferraio (about 100 mt), to the shops and the centre of Portoferraio and to some of its most beautiful beaches: Le Ghiaie (about 600 mt), La Padulella and Capo Bianco (about 1 km). The apartment Molo B consists of a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette (induction cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher), TV, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside there is a terrace equipped with armchairs and a table. The furniture of the apartment is new and modern. Moreover, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. The apartment has not its private parking place, but nearby there are some free public parkings.

Arrivals: Check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Consumptions: light, water, gas, air condition/heating included. Final cleanings: € 100,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Linen: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
