Villa Azzana en famille

Une semaine merveilleuse en famille dans la villa Azzana! L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques mètres de la plage. Nous avons beaucoup aprécié l'interieur, le confort et la décoration de la villa, ainsi le beau jardin à l'arrière de la maison et les belles terasses qui s'intègrent parfaitement dans le maquis et qui sont bien protégées du vent. Et le soir l' illumination du jardin! Merci pour la belle semaine!

Toller Urlaub am "Karibik"-Strand

Das Haus hat alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben - der Garten ist wunderschön - zum Stand ist es ein Katzensprung. Die Bucht und der Strand (Santa Giulia) sind traumhaft mit karibischem Flair. Palombaggia, Porto- Vecchio, Bonifacio etc. sind einfach zu erreichen, aber man benötigt natürlich ein Auto. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, prompt und hilfreich. Das Haus könnte etwas gepflegter sein und etwas praktischer eingerichtet. Uns hat es aber nicht wirklich gestört. Für 6 Personen ist das Haus unseres Erachtens eher nicht geeignet, sofern es sich um Erwachsene handelt. Fazit: wir haben es genossen und würden sofort wiederkommen. La maison offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin - le jardin est magnifique - la plage est à un jet de pierre. La baie et la plage (Santa Giulia) sont magnifiques avec une ambiance caribéenne. Palombaggia, Porto- Vecchio, Bonifacio etc. sont faciles à atteindre, mais il faut bien sûr une voiture. La communication avec le propriétaire était simple, rapide et utile. La maison pourrait être un peu mieux entretenue et aménagée de manière plus pratique. Mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés. À notre avis, la maison ne convient pas vraiment à 6 personnes, pour autant qu'il s'agisse d'adultes. Conclusion : nous avons bien profité et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

La plage à 45 sec à pied!

Situé sur l'une des plus belles baies de l'ile, le logement est confortable, agréable et dispose d'un charmant jardin qui a des airs de maquis. Une fois la voiture garée, tout peut être fait à pied! (une épicerie, un choix de bars et restaurants de plages avec leurs soirées à thèmes. Mais surtout la plage! la plus petite et la plus charmante de la baie, la seule d'où l'on puisse admirer le couché du soleil... Et surtout elle est à 100 pas de la villa!

Casetta perfetta sul mare

La casa si trova all'interno di una proprietà privata tranquilla a ridosso della baia piccola di santa Giulia. Dispone di tutto e del parcheggio. Ho a disposizione molto spazio esterno. Rimane riservata anche se a pochissimi passi dal mare.

Ottima la posizione sia per la vicinanza reale al mare di Santa Giulia sia per la possibilità con brevi spostamenti di poter raggiungere le bellissime spiagge a sud di Porto Vecchio, la struttura necessiterebbe di manutenzione e più cura nella pulizia, ottime le attrezzature presenti ( lavatrice, lavastoviglie ecc. )

Appartement bien situé pour profiter de la plage mais bien accompagné avec nos amis les rougeurs (souris dans les plafonds, attaque de bouffe)et les araignées.... aucunes réponses à mon appel pour signaler les désagréments enfin bref communication nulle !

Maison à rafraîchir

Nous avons passées une superbe semaine. L’emplacement de la location était à la hauteur de nos attentes, le calme dans une résidence privée tout en étant proche des restaurants et bars animés, quand à la plage de sable fin à 30 m c’était génial. Le seul bémol de cette maison c’est qu’il faudrait vraiment la rafraîchir. La chambre avec lit superposés et Bz (que nous n’avons pas réussi à déplier…) est plus que vétuste, la propreté… il ne faut pas aller voir sous les meubles, pas de Wifi et pour couronner le tout la cohabitation avec une souris n’est pas ce qui m’a le plus plu…. C’est dommage parce que l’endroit pourrait être idyllique Nath

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima a pochi passi dal mare, spiaggia stupenda. Ideale per visitare altre spiagge o vari paesi (Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio...). L'appartamento è molto grande, andrebbe però ristrutturato. Nel complesso è stata una vacanza molto bella.

la maison est vieillotte comme indiquée dans l'annonce,des travaux d amélioration ont été faits (cuisine,salle de bain)mais il en reste encore à faire,l'emplacement est idéal ainsi que la résidence.Petit détail, la télé meriterait d etre dans le salon au lieu de la chambre bien que l on ne vient pas en vacances pour cela, éclairage extérieur à améliorer.Nous avons quand meme passés un bon séjour sur place.

Ein Traum!

Wir waren als Familie (3 Kinder) dort. Das Haus auch wenn etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht, inkl. Großer Terrasse mit Grill. Der traumhafte Strand ist quasi direkt vorm Haus. Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sprechen ausschließlich Französisch! Würden sofort wieder hin fahren. Nur zu empfehlen.

Points forts: calme, proximité de la plage et le cadre

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au hameau et surtout sur ses environs: Ajaccio, Bonifacio... et les nombreuses plages magnifiques à courtes distances. Concernant la propriété, celle ci est dans un superbe cadre au calme avec équipements standards, dommage que l’intérieur de la mini villa ne suive pas...(70s):-( petit clin d’œil au propriétaire afin d’envisager des travaux d'aménagements pour une meilleure expérience de séjour. Une équipe locale pour l’accueil et les services disponible et très réactive.

Die Lage und die Ruhe sind ein Traum

Das Haus liegt ruhig und nur einige Schritte vom traumhaften Strand entfernt, der Garten ist ein Kleinod mit vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Platz ist im Inneren des Hauses auch genug, die Ausstattung ist simpel aber absolut ausreichend. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
