Beach across street was super nice, safe and very convenient area, staff was friendly and food was good for the price we paid. Bought half board, but when we checked in was told it wasnā€™t on the system, we were allowed to have dinner, but it took 3 days to have our name on the list, kind of embarrassing. 2 of the 3 pools including the kids pool was very dirty the last 2 days of our stay. Housekeeping made us very special decorating our room, very sweet, special thanks to Mayane. I would go back for sure, but would not buy half board included.

Very dirty, noisy, mosquitoes flying over the food, breakfast area very dirty and no air conditioning, it was very hot and lots of mosquitoes biting us. Few employees working to serve us, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to come fix my air conditioner. First and last time I stay at this hotel.

OUTRAGEOUS and DISGUSTING would be the words to describe this place which is definitely not a 4 stars! Rooms which is called ā€˜luxuryā€™ has electric wall plugs with open cables, old and dirty bed sheets infested with cockroaches everywhere! When asked to view other rooms did not make a difference as all rooms (luxury or standard) are in same poor condition. Housekeeping is a not a daily service and when they do finally appear it doesnā€™t even change the sheets. You are lucky to get hot water for showers as this is a luxury you cannot have at this so called hotel! Food was mediocre and restaurant area was always dirty served by rude staff. This hotel should be inspected by health and safety authorities as it is unacceptable and insulting guests by advertising themselves as hotel when rooms and grounds are full of cockroaches!

Estrutura do hotel e excelente para crianƧas. Atendimento nas piscinas que faltou a desejar(bem ruim falar a verdade), pessoal some e vc tem ir no restaurante pedir as coisas. Ɓrea de brinquedos(os eletrĆ“nicos nĆ£o estava funcionando), mas mesmo assim muito bom para quem tem crianƧas(piscinas, area infantil). Peguem pensĆ£o completa ou com jantar no mĆ­nimo para evitar extress de ter pedir para os garƧons que somem.

Decidi perder o meu tempo compartilhando a pĆ©ssima experiĆŖncia que tive, pois fiquei indignado com o Hotel como um todo, paguei quase 2 mil na diĆ”ria e me senti enganado, uma especie de ā€œgolpeā€.. vamos aos fatos: Meu primeiro erro foi ter subestimado as avaliaƧƵes anteriores de outros hospedes, achei que pudesse ser um excesso de rigor. E como tenho dois filhos de 5 e 7 anos, pensei que os ā€œprosā€ ( opĆ§Ć£o de recreaĆ§Ć£o para os pequenos) superaria os problemas relatados pelos hospedes na plataforma, ledo engano. Chegando no check-in, que foi confuso e demorado, presenciei uma quase briga entre um funcionĆ”rio da recepcao e um hospede que estava a reclamar do ar que nĆ£o gelava pelo segundo dia e nada era resolvido. O funcionĆ”rio sem nenhuma higidez ou preocupaĆ§Ć£o em agradar, rispidamente falou que tinha que aguardar a manutenĆ§Ć£o e nĆ£o tinha o que fazer alem disso. Feito o checkin, nos foi oferecido um quarto que fica a uns 300 metros da recepcao, no terceiro andar e sem elevador. E tbm sem ajudante para levar as malas, tive que fazer duas viagens, dois lances de escada por conta propria, e nesse ā€œpasseioā€ ja foi possĆ­vel observar o pessimo estado de conservaĆ§Ć£o das instalaƧƵes , paredes manchadas, luzes queimadas, portas sem maƧaneta, piso rachado, etc. chegando no quarto, nao foi diferente, cheiro ruim, roupa de cama de pessima qualidade, papel higienico parecia jornal. Comida pessima, atendimento demorado, sujeira por todo lado, funcionarios desencontrados, sem nenhuma gestao.

Dois pontos e fazem tender a anĆ”lise para o negativo: Sem Wi-Fi no quarto. Foram 3 dias esperanƧosos onde o pessoal da recepĆ§Ć£o prometia a volta do sinal e nada foi feito, se vc tiver que trabalhar prepare-se para fazer isso no saguĆ£o! Limpeza: nĆ£o queria gente entrando no quarto com o material da empresa na mesa e a poeira disse que me levaria o bilhete de maƧaneta de ā€œnĆ£o perturbeā€ pois estavam sem. Foram cobrados vĆ”rias vezes e nada. Consegui no Ćŗltimo dia fazendo ā€œamizadeā€ com a mulher que realizava a limpeza. O hotel Ć© bom e a comida excelente, mas se prepare para ser ignorado pela recepĆ§Ć£o e ter seu almoƧo ou lanche atrasado por 1 hora e ainda vindo errado. TambĆ©m fiquei 30 minutos esperando que um quarto seja liberado depois do horĆ”rio de checkin. Enfim, sĆ£o pontos que necessito passar para que melhore e para que os prĆ³ximos fiquem sabendo.

O hotel Ć© muito bom, certamente voltaria a me hospedar nele, mas como nem tudo Ć© perfeito tivemos problema com a internet, jĆ” que lĆ” o 4G nĆ£o funcionava direito e no meu quarto o wi-fi nĆ£o conectava, sĆ³ conseguia usar na Ć”rea da piscina. Outro detalhe Ć© quanto Ć  limpeza, na terƧa-feira uns hĆ³spedes almoƧaram na mesa na Ć”rea da piscina e na quarta-feira de manhĆ£ ainda estava a louƧa toda lĆ”, fora que as hidromassagens estavam sem manutenĆ§Ć£o, com a Ć”gua verde os 3 dias que fiquei hospedado lĆ”. Se esses dois problemas forem corrigidos se torna um hotel perfeito.

Falta de limpeza

A chegada no hotel jĆ” foi um caos a parte. Avisei anteriormente que meu voo chegaria antes do check in e se fosse necessĆ”rio eu pagaria um valor a mais para ter meu quarto antes, porĆ©m obviamente nĆ£o fui atendida. Cheguei Ć s 10h no hotel e me avisaram que quando meu quarto estivesse pronto eles me mandariam uma msg. Fui para a praia na esperanƧa disso acontecer. NĆ£o aconteceu! Cheguei Ć s 14h na recepĆ§Ć£o para fazer o check in e para a minha surpresa fui informada que meu quarto ainda nĆ£o estava pronto. Um absurdo, jĆ” que eu havia avisado as 10h que estava lĆ”. Liberaram meu quarto apenas 14h45. Eu com crianƧa pequena acordada desde as 6h da manhĆ£. Quando cheguei no quarto, um horror a parte. Um quarto minĆŗsculo no final do Ćŗltimo corredor com vista para um monte de entulho. Rapidamente solicitei a mudanƧa do quarto pois nĆ£o foi aquele que eu havia escolhido. Enfim, fui acomodada em um quarto apenas as 15h30. Nos demais dias os problemas com a limpeza foram estressantes. Passei 7 dias no hotel e tive meu quarto limpo apenas 2 vezes, paguei 7 dias para ter a limpeza em apenas dois. Estou me sentindo muito prejudicada neste aspecto. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© horrĆ­vel, repetitivo e sem novidades. Apenas a estrutura do hotel Ć© boa, de resto. Tudo ruim! PĆ©ssimo!

ERA INCRIVEL, ESTA HORRIVEL!

Fui 2 anos seguidos ao Portal Beach, de primeiro me apaixonei. Uma estrutura incrivel, digna de resort, piscinas e quartos ravilhosos e limpos, cama gostosa.... Dito isso, esse ano, ja que nĆ£o fui, decidir dar de presente a minha mĆ£e que passaria por Porto Seguro, sĆ³ nĆ£o sabia q o presente ia ser vergonhoso. A unica coisa que ela gostou foi da banheira, nas palavras dela "pelo menos compensava as piscinas", pq ela nĆ£o teve o prazer de usar as piscinas que estavam imundas, cheias de cloro, com sujeira acumulada no chĆ£o. 4 piscinas e nenhuma com o minimo de cuidado. Na primeira noite, alem da cama ser dura, era a junĆ§Ć£o de 2 camas de solteiro, muito mal feita, minha mĆ£e acordou as 5h da manhĆ£ pois as camas se separaram e ela caiu no meio! Veja bem, minha mĆ£e tem varios problemas nos ossos e coluna, o prejuizo que isso poderia ter causado nĆ£o esta escrito! Eu sei que a junƧƵes de camas sĆ£o comuns, acabei de retornar de uma viagem por 4 cidades do nordeste e passei por isso, mas em todos os hoteis que passei era algo muito bem feito e quase imperceptĆ­vel. Outra questĆ£o foi a comida, peguei meia-pensĆ£o pra ela, cafe da manhĆ£ estava muito bom de acordo com ela, mas a janta deu dor de barriga nela no segundo dia e algumas pessoas relataram o mesmo. Tinham varias crianƧas apresentando mal estar tambem, mas nesse caso, muito provavelmente era pela questĆ£o da agua suja da piscina. Minha mĆ£e Ć© enfermeira aposentada, ja trabalhou com vigilancia e percebeu varios focos. Decepcionante!!!!
