Villa located 15 km from Santa Cruz Cabralia 10 km from Santo André or German team at the World séjournée 2014 near a village called Guiau 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, 2 terraces in the quiet a condominio 5 acres with pool, direct beach access, beach restaurants nearby. The temperature is always pleasant in every season; 18 ° in the winter to + 30 ° was bathed by trade winds.

Maravilhoso!!!
Tivemos uma estadia incrível na casa de Henri e Anne Marie na praia de Guaiu. Eles são pessoas muito simpáticas e muito acolhedoras. Estiveram presentes para nos receber, fornecendo ótimas informações e sempre a disposição para fazer da nossa estadia neste paraíso, ainda melhor. A casa é muito confortável, nova, com uma atmosfera maravilhosa, tal quel como nas fotos. O condomínio é muito bonito, com jardins incríveis e um coqueiral que parece um sonho tropical. O toque especial ficou por conta da Maria que foi sempre prestativa e cozinhou para nossa família mediante um valor a parte, mas que valeu super a pena, pois a comida dela é ótima! Obrigado por tudo Henri e Anne, vocês foram incríveis! Imóvel altamente recomendado. Quem quiser conhecer este pedaço de paraíso não perca mais tempo. Este é um dos melhores locais da região.

Excelente opção para descansar e relaxar!
A casa do Henri fica em um condomínio muito reservado na praia de Guaiu. O lugar é bastante tranquilo, propiciando momentos de muito descanso e de contemplação da bela praia que fica bem no fundo do residencial. Junto a praia, ainda existe uma piscina bem relaxante que faz parte do condominio. A casa é muito bem equipada, com itens de boa qualidade e com ambientes bem amplos e arejados. Todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado, cama box e roupa de cama de boa qualidade. O destaque fica para a ducha com aquecimento solar, que proporciona um verdadeiro spa de relaxamento depois de um dia de muito sol e praia. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tivemos bom suporte da responsável pela limpeza da casa, a Maria. Valeu muito a pena a estadia e aproveitamos bastante toda a estrutura. Com certeza voltaremos numa próxima oportunidade.

Casa incrível bem no pé da praia
Ficamos hospedados (6 pessoas) na casa do Henri em janeiro/19 e tudo foi excelente. Desde a localização (praia quase deserta perto de uma pequena vila) até a casa: espaçosa, confortável e muito bem equipada. Foi uma das melhores férias que passamos na Bahia. O pessoal do Condomínio é muito atencioso, principalmente a Maria. A segurança foi outra coisa que nem nos preocupamos. Vale muito a pena para quem quer ter o sossego de uma casa ao invés de um tumulto de um hotel.

Casa espetacular!!
A casa do Henri é maravilhosa e muito bem equipada, excelente para uma viagem curta ou longa. Na verdade, a casa é excelente para uma longa estada, porque a praia é perfeita e o lugar é uma tranquilidade total, vc não vai querer ir embora. Apesar de estar na França, o Henri é super acessível e fácil de se comunicar. Ele fez de tudo para nossa estada ser excelente, e foi! A praia é paradisíaca e não tem ninguém, mesmo no Natal ou Reveillon. Perfeito para quem busca tranquilidade. O condomínio também é ótimo, super bem cuidado e seguro. Recomendo a todos e, se eu puder, voltarei para lá!
