A hotel with a bit of old fashioned grandeur in its public spaces, a nice change from impersonal modern hotels. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, the breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food and the whole hotel was very clean.

I was here in 2023 and again this year. I love the hotel, staff and location. We were there for the Saint João festival and the view of the fireworks from the roof stop was amazing. With Gods grace we’ll be back. The hotel is located on an open air pedestrian safe mall. And close to Sao bento train station. Cannot beat the location.

Great location in the heart of Porto. Spacious rooms, ample breakfast, helpful staff. The only difficulty was that there was no vehicle access to the building for purposes of loading/ unloading luggage which is fine if you don't have much more than carryon-sized luggage. Can be a problem to walk from the parking lots (public only) to the hotel with heavy baggage.
