Villetta Albachiara is a lovely holiday home for rent in Porto Cesareo. The small villa, with outdoor equipped area and parking, is 150 meters away from the sea. it`s a solution for a simple yet modern holidays. The small villa has an
small outdoor area with gate.
It is introduced by a small covered area and it consists of  2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the wooden
porch at the back of the house, furnished with table and chairs, outdoor
shower and barbecue.

centre to the Strea area and other seaside locations. The holiday home
is 150 meters away from the sea, while the closest beach establishment
is 3 kilometers away. The city centre of Porto Cesareo is one kilometer
away from the small villa.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 43 to pay upon arrival.
- Water not drinkable.
- Air conditioner only in the hallway.
- Bathroom is without bidet.
- Allowed just small size pets.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
