About this property

Small apartment in the "Palude del Conte" nature reserve, 300 meters from the crystal-clear sea

My two-room apartment is located inside a small villa but has its own entrance and veranda. It has been completely renovated and equipped with all the amenities, including a security system and independent climate control. It’s just outside the town center, but close to the sea and all the most beautiful spots in the area: “Salina dei Monaci,” where, if you’re lucky, you can get a close-up view of pink flamingos, and “Punta Prosciutto,” famous for its beach. Right next to the apartment is a horse ranch where you can rent a horse and go for rides in the nature reserve near the sea.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
