Porto Cesareo Camping is located in Apulia on the beautiful Salento coast, about 35 km from the city of Lecce. The campground is 500 meters from the beach. The enchanting white beach of Punta Prosciutto, one of the most popular destinations in Salento, is 8 km from the campground. A shuttle bus connects the campground to the “La Punta” beach resort in Punta Prosciutto. Here, guests can rent beach umbrellas at discounted rates or enjoy the public beach. The campground features two adult pools and a shallow children’s area. Additional amenities include: a varied entertainment program for adults and children with daytime and evening activities (during peak season), sports tournaments, a playground, beach volleyball, soccer, tennis, billiards, a restaurant, and a pizzeria (open only in the evening) with takeout service, a mini-market, communal washing machines, and bike rentals (some for a fee).
The comfortable Happy Premium mobile home can accommodate up to 6 people. The unit consists of a total of three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The kitchenette is also located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, and a sink (in some mobile homes, the toilet is located in a separate room). Mosquito nets are provided in the living and sleeping areas. The partially covered outdoor area is furnished with a table and chairs, as well as two lounge chairs or deck chairs and an electric grill. If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
A natural sandy beach is just 500 meters away. Alternatively, beautiful beaches with beach facilities (bars, showers, and lounge chairs and umbrellas) are just a few minutes’ drive away.
POOL
The campground has two swimming pools for adults with a children’s area, all equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A crib and high chair are available upon request and for a fee. During the summer months, an extensive entertainment program for children is offered. The nearby sandy beach, the shallow children’s area in the swimming pool, and the campground’s playground leave nothing to be desired.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
In addition to the nearby sandy beach, there are two swimming pools available. Other sports activities include: sports tournaments, tennis, beach volleyball, and soccer. Evening entertainment is provided by shows, activities, music, and dancing. For a fee: bike rental.
SHOPPING
The resort has a mini-market. Additional shopping options can be found in the neighboring village of Torre Lapillo.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, you can enjoy a meal at the resort’s restaurant/pizzeria or at nearby local restaurants.
PETS
One pet weighing up to 35 kg is welcome if registered at the time of booking. The guest is required to pay a 120-euro deposit when bringing a dog. If everything is in order upon departure, the guest will receive 100 euros of the deposit back, and 20 euros will go to the resort to cover additional cleaning costs.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected afterward to ensure they are clean. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cribs must be requested at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be requested no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed). Groups of young people aged 18–25 must be registered in advance. Confirmation of these bookings is at the discretion of the campground.

The Porto Cesareo Camping resort is located in Apulia in Porto Cesareo, just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful beach at Punta Prosciutto. The nearest larger town is Torre Lapillo (1.7 km). The city of Lecce is 35 km away, and Brindisi Airport is 50 km away.
CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
Salento is the name of a peninsula 100 km long and 40 km wide in the far southeast of Italy and is often referred to as the “heel” of the Italian boot. The region captivates visitors with its beautiful beaches featuring crystal-clear seawater, rugged cliffs, and picturesque villages that invite you to explore. Porto Cesareo is a charming little port town with a climate reminiscent of the Caribbean. Enjoy the stunning panorama while strolling along the promenade, past historic hotels, bars, and cafés, as well as charming boutiques. The larger city of Lecce is famous for its Baroque architecture, the cathedral, the Basilica of Santa Croce, and a partially excavated Roman amphitheater. The port city of Brindisi is also worth a visit, with its lovely harbor promenade, restaurants, and historic alleyways.
