Excellent condo

Spacious, bright, clean, well equipped and great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the pier if that. Beach access right across the street. Loved the two dedicated parking spots. Didn’t move the whole time! Would recommend. Our party of six had a fantastic stay.

Terrific stay with teens!

Loved the location of this condo!!! I enjoyed being on the stretch of beach on the quieter side of the pier. It was superb to be just a block back from the beach to walk over with a coffee in the morning. The distance was also great during the day to use the bathroom or pack a cooler for lunch! The walk to Palace Play land is close, but just far enough from the crowds. The floor plan of the condo was spacious. The king bedrooms PLURAL were fabulous. Nice touch having TVs in all rooms. They were also furnished nicley with space to unpack luggage and bedside tables with USB lamps! I love having a convenient charging station when I am away! It was well suited for a group larger than the 3 tweens I brought. Great stay!

Very nice condo, great location and access to the beach

The Saco Bay condo unit 100 is a beautiful place! Nice roomy bedrooms, open floor plan, comfy porch area and easy access to beach, shopping, pier and restaurants. The only glitch was that the floors were very dirty. They had clearly been swept but not mopped. I was able to use cleaning supplies provided and give it a mop, but it would have been nice if the floors were cleaner.

Perfect condo

We loved this condo. It was a perfect location and had plenty of room for us. I loved how 2 of the bedrooms had king beds! The train is a little loud at times but it’s not enough to deter us from staying again! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. The location was perfect, about 8 mins to walk to the center of OOB (Palace Playland) but quiet enough to enjoy the beach with plenty of space around you. The beach is across the street and a block up so easy to walk (even with my 4 and 1 year old) The condo itself is such a good size for families, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. We also used the coin operated laundry (bring quarters) and the rec room, while in the basement, offered some fun during the rainy day we had. It was a great stay!

Annual Girls Trip

Our stay was overshadowed by rain and cold. But, this location, although right on the main drag (we could hear cars and people all night) was a very convenient location to the pier and the beach, which was right across the street. It has 3 bedrooms which is an absolute must for us! We enjoyed our stay.

Cutest Beach Condo

So cute! Clean! Roomy! Comfy! The beds were very comfortable , condo very airy and roomy. The climate control system per room was state of the art & efficient. It worked amazing. Fully stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to book again. Location PERFECT.

Finally made it to Maine!

Condo was awesome. Had everything we needed for a four day stay. Location was perfect for us to walk to Old Orchard Beach downtown and beach. Finally can check Maine off my bucket list. Loved the area and visitors with dear friends who live in the area!

Great space

This was perfect for our family trip. Very short walk to the ocean and the amusement park, arcade and pier are easily walkable as well. Condo was very clean with plenty of room for us when we needed some down time.

Best time in OOB

Condo was way more than we expected spacious and well maintained. The kitchen needs a few more gadgets like tongs and incidentals. But was a great time. Incidentals like it didn’t have enough gadgets and tv should be attached to cable not a WiFi unless you provide passwords for all sites. But was a great time

Girls Trip 2022 SUCCESS

We had such a great time at this place. The two king sized beds and two two bathrooms make this place perfect for a group of 6 or more. the living area and dining area are large enough to hang out and play games. We had the time of our lives! I hope to stay here again soon.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The place was larger than expected, had great a/c, was steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier, and was very clean. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. We loved that we didn't have to worry about parking as there were two spots reserved for us. We would definitely stay here again!

pleasently surprised

Two seventy something couples spent three nights at Saco Bay! We had everything we needed. We especially liked the king size beds, which were very hard to find, many rentals had only a queen and two singles or a double. This rental was large enough for three couples. The TV took some figuring out but we managed. Having sheets and towels included was a big plus also especially because one couple had traveled by plane. Thank you for a good experience in our visit to Maine!
