Cozy Renovated Craftsman with Beautiful Views
Take it easy at this unique, tranquil getaway. Centrally located convenient to freeway access, OHSU, Lewis and Clark, Multnomah Village, Tryon Creek, farmers market, restaurants, shops, and minutes to downtown. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this quiet space approx 1,200 sf. Find inspiration in the swing in the backyard or curl up on the couch and enjoy a movie. As Portland natives we are happy to help with ideas for great restaurants, wine tasting, places to explore the city and nightlife.
This unit was originally the basement of our 1942 Craftsman home and has been renovated. We are a family of 5 (plus pooch) who live directly upstairs all year round. While we have gone to great lengths to insulate the space for noise, you can expect to sometimes hear the vibration of foot traffic during non-school days and hours. It is very spacious and comfortable with three seperate queen sized beds.
