Welcome to Summerhouse, where you'll experience the epitome of condo living in Mexico Beach. Unit 101, a 3BR/3BA condo located on the first floor closest to the stairs, offers easy access to the indoors. The condo boasts an open living, kitchen, and dining area, providing ample space for relaxation and socializing.

This particular unit is ideally situated to take advantage of the breathtaking Gulf views right across the street. Enjoy the scenery with a book, coffee, or drink on the furnished gulf view deck. Being the first unit when you walk up the stairs, this end unit offers more interior space, including a third bathroom and an additional balcony that other units in the complex do not have.

The Summerhouse Condo Complex is unique in offering exclusive amenities in Mexico Beach. The community pool and hot tub can be found on the second floor of the building, offering a great view of the beach. Restrooms and even a sauna are available on the pool deck for your convenience. The parkside grill on the ground floor of the complex is available for Summerhouse guests' use.

A little housekeeping on the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.

Very nice and spacious

We had a great time. We usually rent a house for our family of 8 but it was being remodeled. Our condo was spacious and plenty of seating for dining or watching tv. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The only thing that would be nice would be puzzles with fewer pieces for younger kids. Maybe a 100 piece, something that could be finished on one rainy day. Crossing the street to go to the beach was no problem as traffic knows to stop. The view was beautiful from the porch. We look forward to our next stay in this condo.
