The pictures dont do justice to this house! The beach view walking into the main floor is stunning. Being able to walk down the steps and be on the beach is worth the price. The house itself is stunning...large rooms plenty of space for a large family...awesome kitchen...even a 2nd refrigerator! It has 3 levels so the elevator is a nice addition....makes it easy to load and unload.The host was very proactive to make sure everything was perfect. We came looking to relax....we left with priceless family memories!This is the perfect

We had an exceptional experience at A Wave from it all, which offered a prime beachfront location with the convenience of a boat launch. The spacious dining table and fully equipped kitchen were particularly noteworthy. The rooms were roomy, the bathrooms were ample, and the sunset views were truly breathtaking. Additionally, the availability of sufficient beach chairs for our family and extras for a neighboring residence was appreciated. A practical suggestion for future visitors would be to have a bucket of water and a towel at each entrance to manage sandy footwear. We look forward to returning next year!

Wonderful beach trip home for a family group

Our family, ages 8 to 70, spent a wonderful week at A Wave From It All. The location is incredibly convenient. The deck is steps from the beach and the ocean. It’s so easy for someone to run up to the house and grab anything you need. It was easy to run up and check on our dogs. The dog friendly beach in Cape San Blas is a wonderful addition! The number of bedrooms and full/queen/king size beds was perfect for our group. The large kitchen and seating area was great for daily meals.

Cape Fun

We had a great week, had a plumbing problem, which we overcame. Patrick was very responsive up to and during our stay. Only thing that was unexpected was there were a number of tree stumps in the ocean at the beach right behind the house. We worked around it without a problem. We plan to come back to the Cape.

Memorial Day Getaway

Perfect for a large group with kids and grandparents!

This house was just what we needed for a vacation with extended family. The house was located right on the beach (ocean only steps away). There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware.

Perfect Family Beach House

We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday at Cape San Blas. A Wave From It All was the perfect home to accommodate our large family. The ocean views and sunsets were incredible. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. We enjoyed bringing in fresh shrimp from a local seafood spot and picked up a few items and beverages at the general store. The property was very clean upon our arrival; beds were super comfortable and all furnishings looked brand new! Patrick answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely return to this lovely family home again and again.
